***Thandeka's POV.   [Khensani's mother]

Having to see my daughter not waking up but alive breaks my heart. I had just met my baby after 21 years believing that she died and when I find her this had to happen , I'm hurt. Honestly , I'm tired of all the drama , the pain and heartache that comes with loving Sakhe especially now since it's affecting my kids too.

Me and Sakhe are actually high school sweethearts. In high school , I never knew anything about Sakhe being Royal so it was quite a shocker when he told me about that during our third year in varsity. Sakhe and I had broken up after our grade 12 year and somehow we met again during our third year in varsity and we picked up where we left off. We had so many problems that we broke up again. We got back again and that's when he let me on about his status. He told me how he was married to this woman because it had to happen and unfortunately she died so he asked me to bw his wife. He paid a bride price for me and we were very happy back then. His family had known me since high school so I really got along with them. We had problems with conceiving so he suggested that he gets another wife , I agreed , regardless of how it broke me. After his marriage with the other wife , I found out that his royal leaders & councils never recognised me as his wife since I was from a different tribe of AmaXhosa. I was recognized after his marriage with the other wife. The wife gave him a child right on the same year and he was happy. Five years down , I got pregnant and he cheated , he was then forced to marry the woman and the had her own kids on the side but he married her. More problems started as Sakhe suddenly changed to someone I never knew , when he turned his back on his family , I never did.

Yanga : "mama?"  He disturbs my thoughts. I had called an uber to get us so we were now in the uber , driving to KwaMakhutha.

Me : "baby?"

Yanga : "She will be okay right?" I smile faintly and nod at him. I couldn't bear looking at my son so worried. I've noticed how he now smiles more and laughs , that only brings joy in my heart. We finally arrive and the driver helps us offload the bags. I see Skhumbuzo coming towards us , he is my brother in law. He fustbumps and shoulder hug Yanga then hug me.

Skhu : "Where is she?"  I point the car. He greets the driver , he offers to pay him then he carries Qondi inside while me and Yanga carry the bags. Inside the house we find Sakhe's father , Mkhulu Nxumalo.

Mkhulu : "My daughter. It's nice to have you home."  I smile. Skhu lays Qondi on the couch and disappears in the passage and comes back shortly with a saucer , impepho and a two white candles.

Skhu : "Fiso , go get me a glass of water." Yanga goes and get it then comes back shortly with it.

Mkhulu : "Komele siphahle."
