Butterbeer
485 Calories Per Serving
Makes 4 Servings

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes

Equipment:
• Medium Sauce Pot
• Rubber Spatula
• 4 Glass Mugs

Ingredients:
• 12 oz A&W Cream Soda

• 1/4 Cup Butterbeer Catalyst:
• Whipped Cream
• Butterbeer Catalyst:
• 2 Cups Brown Sugar
∙ 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp salt
• 1 stick of unsalted butter
• 1/2 tsp Cider Vinegar
• 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
∙ 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur or any liqueur of your choice
∙ Caramel Sauce

Directions:

1.) In a small sauce pot, add 2 Cups of Brown sugar & 1 Tbsp of water and bring the mixture to a boil.

2.) Add 2 sticks of unsalted butter, 1/2 tsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, 1 oz of rum and 1 oz of Irish Cream liqueur, and 3/4 Cup Milk or heavy cream and mix.

3.) Let this mixture chill

4.) In a Glass Mug, add 1/4 Cup of the Butterbeer mixture

5.) Now add 1 (12 oz) bottle of A&W Cream Soda and watch the anticlimactic reaction of carbonation to sugar butter make a foamy frothy beer topping

6.) Add whipped cream for the children

7. Add a caramel sauce drizzle (optional)

8. Enjoy!
