It is notable for its religious diversity with Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Islam, Christianity and Jainism. However, the predominant religion is Hinduism.

Yes, India is very well known for its diversity. Let that be religion or culture or people or languages or clothing or cuisine or even flora and fauna.
Spread over a 32,87,263 square kilometres in area, this land consists of 28 states and 8 union territories. Every state is famous for their cultures, food, scenic beauty and many more.
All in all, this land has that magic to attract anyone and everyone to its scenic beauty, cultural beauty and its people and their tremendous knowledge in various sectors.
Of course not to forget about the mouth watering delicious food it can offer and drench you in its magic head to toe.
Maharashtra, the third largest state in India is spread over the central and the western belt of the country. Marathi is the native and the most commonly used language here. However, Hindi being the national language; is also spoken on a larger scale.
This state is very well known for its crop cultivation, traditions, beliefs and its history. With 36 districts and over 60000 villages, this state contributes greatly to the country's economy just like the others.
And don't even get me started with the food we get here. Believe me, there is something in this land that can attract you in just seconds.
