Avyan palm resting shiftlessly on the deck while his ankle was drenched into the pool. Constellation on the vast dark sky lightening on his visage , beautifying him more with it's light. His gaze never left the ankle which was drenching in the chlorine water but his concentration were somewhere else. It was easy for him to tell, that he didn't feel guilty but now it was eating him alive. Following her for eight months, he was blessed with hatred nothing else. There were times where he thrown his head back in self hatred whenever she rejects him. There were times he found himself starving for the drug which he was taking until his sinful eyes met hers, the impulse to take that damn drug for once was harshly dumped by the faithful emotions he have for her.
He pouted his lips before twisting it as the fear enveloped his soul. He fucked up everything and he knew it. It would be really hard to win her heart, earn her love, to vanish the helpless look in her hypnotic eyes. He licked his lips before his gaze met the alcoholic bottle which was placed right in front of Rishi who was scrolling through his phone. To distract himself from crawling to Rishi and take that damn bottle, He decided to find little convincing in Rishi words.
"I fucked up, Didn't I?" Avyan spoke looking at his friend who lifted his head the moment Avyan voice hit his ears.
"You fuck me?" Rishi questioned scrunching his nose in disgust.
Avyan jaw clenched as the alcoholic bottle was too tempting and Rishi's deaf ear was not at all helping at this moment.
"I said, I fucked up" Avyan gritted out forcing himself not to look at the bitter drink.
Rishi thought for a moment before he spoke,
"If you are talking about Shreya, then Yes"
He dragged his palm over his face before harshly his one ankle slapped against the water making it to splash around. Rishi sighed before standing up from the wooden chair and walked where Avyan was seated. Sitting beside him, He assaulted his lower lip before he spoke,
"I warned you many times to have patience!"
Frustrating tears building up on his eyes which he wiped it harshly and said,
"I can't see hatred in her eyes, I just can't"
Rishi sighed softly and his toes curled in the drenching water as the goosebumps rose at the sensation of cold water hitting his sensitive skin.
"But you said, You are not guilty" Rishi pointed out remembering the dialogue which Avyan uttered in morning.
Avyan sighed before lifting his ankle from pool and brought his legs closer to his chest. He tiredly kept his cheek on the knee and said, " I'm scared now"
Rishi wrung his finger and scratched his eyebrow in confusion before he spoke, "Change your attitude, Don't order her, Don't control her. Plus to her you are stranger not Aarav. Will you do if someone says not to talk to me?"
