Ki's POV
"Sup, bitches!" I said as I walked into the living room where Sam and Kat were. "What's up?" Sam asked as I plopped onto the couch. "I'm bored." I said as Kat laughed. "I have been so bored, too. The wedding was really keeping us busy." She said as I pulled my legs up onto the couch.
"Yeah, guess we have to have a new wedding to plan. Get on your knee, Sammy G." I said as he rolled his eyes. "Shut up, Ki. Didn't you catch the bouquet?" He asked as I laughed. "Yeah but you two are already dating...I'm single." I said as Kat nodded.
"That's right. What's stopping you, Sam?" She asked as he pursed his lips. "I think there's someone at the door." He said then got up and jogged out of the room. "He'll crack one day." I said then pulled my phone out.
"He better, it's been like 10 years." She said as I laughed and started scrolling through twitter. As I scrolled I noticed all of the fan accounts that I followed were all posting a picture that caused my heart to stop.
In the picture was Violet being kissed on the neck by someone that wasn't Colby. I could tell she was either drunk or unconscious because she looked messed up.
People were absolutely ripping into her telling her that she was a cheating whore and that she didn't deserve Colby.
"Holy shit...." I whispered as Sam came back into the room. "What's wrong?" Kat asked as I showed her the picture. "What the fuck is that?" Sam asked as I felt the anger boiling within me. "Someone fucking staged Violet! Thats what it is!" I yelled as I stood up.
"Woah. Calm down, Ki." Kat said as I shook my head. "I'm sick of people fucking with her! She doesn't do anything wrong, everyone is just fucking jealous. You know full well that she would NEVER cheat on Colby." I said and paced the room.
"I know she wouldn't." He said as I sighed. "We have to do something. Everyone is hating on her and I know that's gonna kill her." I said as Kat frowned. "That picture alone is going to kill her." She said quietly. "Fuck." I breathed out as Sam looked at his phone.
"We can't tell her." Sam said quietly. "What do you mean we can't tell her? She has to know! Both of them do!" I said and rubbed my temples. "No, Sam is right. They are on their honeymoon..we have to try and deal with this by ourselves." Kat said as I shook my head.
"I'm gonna kill someone." I said as Sam huffed out a breath. "What are you doing?" I asked asked Kat scrolled through her phone.
"Trying to find the source." He said and grabbed his laptop. "This is absolutely ridiculous..my heart is breaking for her." I said and rubbed my chest as he started working on finding who took the picture.
"Colby had mentioned that someone sent her a picture of him with a girl from that night." Sam mumbled as I went to twitter, also trying to find the source of the picture.
It was honestly breaking my heart seeing all of the comments being made about Violet. I couldn't understand why people had the ability to be so mean considering she didn't even look conscious in the picture.
It made my skin crawl.
I started to type up a tweet telling people to stop hating because it wasn't what it looked like but I was interrupted by Violet calling me. "Shit guys, she's calling me." I said then held up my phone.
"Answer it but don't say anything." Sam said as I nodded then answered the phone. "Hey, V!" I exclaimed as she laughed. "Hey! I just wanted to call because I miss your sarcastic ass." She said as I chuckled.
"Are you having fun?" I asked as Sam focused on his computer screen. "Yeah! Oh my god, it's beautiful here." She said as I smiled. "You better be taking pictures." I said as she laughed. "This is my first time even turning my phone on, I think Colby is taking pictures though." She said as Sam rolled his eyes looking at the screen in front of him.
"Oh, good. Maybe don't go online." I said as Kat smacked my arm. "Why? Is there something going on?" Violet asked nervously as my eyes widened. "I just think you should enjoy your honeymoon. Social media is so lame and annoying, having sex with your husband in the middle of a tropical place is not." I said as she laughed.
"I guess you're right." She said with a sigh. I heard Colby ask her a question in the background but I couldn't hear him. "Yeah! Okay...I'll be ready in a few minutes." She said then sighed. "I gotta go, Ki. I miss you though." She said as I breathed a laugh.
"I miss your crazy ass, too. Have fun! I'll talk to you later." I said then hung up. "Why would you tell her to not go online?" Kat asked and slapped my arm again. "I don't want her to find out about this! She sounded so happy." I said as Sam looked up.
"I reverse google searched the picture and I have no idea where it came from." Sam said and huffed out a breath. "Do we know who that guy is?" Kat asked and zoomed into the picture. "No, he was probably just some douche who saw she was drunk and took advantage of her." I said as anger flooded my system.
"How do we know that he didn't like.....ya know..." Kat said as my jaw clenched. "I swear to god I will find him and kill him if he did." I said as Sam started typing something into his computer. "What are you doing?" Kat asked as he focused.
"Emailing our lawyer. Maybe she can help." He said as I frowned. "I hate that there isn't anything we can do..."Kat said as I shook my head. "Fuck that. I'm tweeting at people telling them to delete that picture." I said angrily as I pulled up Twitter.
"Let's maybe wait to say anything." Sam said as I shook my head. "No, Sam. It's sexual assault and shouldn't be on the internet." I said then tweeted. It made me angry that people wouldn't just leave Violet and Colby alone.
It felt like they could never win just because people were jealous. I knew that they were stronger than anything that was going to be thrown at him but I knew that Violet was going to be so upset seeing that picture.
I had to make sure she never saw it.
"Do you think it was Jordan?" Kat asked as I rolled my eyes. "I bet it fucking was. Jealous bitch." I said as Sam nodded. "It wouldn't surprise me, do either of you have the picture that the person sent Violet?" He asked as I nodded.
"She sent it to me a couple days ago." I said then pulled it up and showed it to him. "That's Jordan." He said then pointed to the rose tattoo that was on her wrist.
"I'm gonna fucking KILL her." I said and stood up. "Maybe we should at least tell Colby about this. I think he would be able to handle it and could make sure that Violet never sees it." Kat suggested as Sam sighed.
"I don't want to ruin their honeymoon. I think I'm gonna tell him something is happening online and that I'm handling it but they need to stay offline until they get back." Sam said as I nodded in agreement.
"That's good. Hopefully we can get things cleared up before they get home." I said as I checked my replies on the tweet that I just posted. Half of them were apologizing and telling me they would help get it deleted but the other half was yelling at me for defending a cheater.
"I'm going to work on getting it taken down due to misconduct, but it's already really spread." Sam said as he typed something into his phone. "This just fucking sucks." I said with a frown.
"Yeah...They're tough and can through this though. They just can't know until they get back." Kat said as I nodded in agreement. "God, I hope I get to kick some ass. I'll rip those fake ass extensions right out of her damn scalp." I said as Sam chuckled.
"Calm down, Ki." He said as I shook my head. "Nope. Not until the witch is dead." I said and crossed my arms.
We spent the next couple hours trying to do damage control. It sucked that Violet and Colby were always going to have crazies trying to break them apart.
They were strong though and would make it through this with the help of their friends.
I just hoped that we could kill this before it got too bad.
