When You're Sick

When you're sick, the boys and Peter don't know what to do. Seeing their mother and queen (wife for peter) sick is one of the scariest things for them considering they come from homes with one less parent due to an illness.

Even if you cough, they think you're dying, again, they can't help it. Half of them, their mothers died from illness or their fathers did. A quarter had abusive parents and the remaining few had no parents at all.

You and Peter were the closest things they had to parents, they adored you especially.

So when the Queen fell ill, the camp went on overbearing hen mode.

Every hour, one boy or group of boys would walk in to check on you and see if you needed anything, all work was taken from you and you were given strict orders to rest.

As annoying as it was at times, you let them get away with it. You knew it came from a good place and that's all that mattered to you.
