Imagine one of the The Lost Boys accidentally triggers one of your panic attacks

*TRIGGER WARNING*

You sat around the fire watching the Lost Boys mess around with each other like usual. Pan was somewhere doing god knows what and you just felt...empty. You didn't know why but you were feeling sad and just plain numb. Obviously you didn't tell Pan this, he wouldn't care. He didn't care about anyone, he was always angry and never gave a rat's ass about anything.

You were brought back to reality when you heard yelling, so much yelling. The boys were screaming at each other, yelling about how they hated each other. Which obviously wasn't true they were just angry. There was screaming, cussing and terrible insults that should never be said.

It was bad enough that you got up and took off, you ran to your tent and shut the flap. You covered your ears in an attempt to block them out, but it didn't work. You sat on your bed, head in your hands blocking them out. You started rocking back and forth attempting to distract yourself. There was tears streaming down your cheeks,

Help, help, help, help me, you said in your head. Stop it. Stop, stop, please stop.

You heard a voice calling your name but you couldn't respond. It wasn't until someone picked you up off the cot and into their arms. They were speaking to you but you couldn't stop crying. You were hyperventilating, your lungs were burning and your head was fuzzy.

Someone pulled you into their arms, they said, "breathe in through your nose and out your mouth," it was Pan, "you're okay, you're safe, nothing's going to hurt you, it's all okay." You're breathing slowed but was still shaky, you still couldn't speak.

He held you tighter and you pressed your face into his shirt, he smelled like the woods.

"You're burning up, love."

"Don't..." you breathed in, "call me that." He let out a chuckle, those were your first words to him. Since then you guys had a mutual love/hate relationship.

He held you until nightfall, occasionally whispering words to you, you whispered them back.

You had to admit, it was nice. He wasn't as heartless as it seemed.

Okay I had no idea how to put panic attacks into words other than they freaking suck.
