Sophie's pov-

Do for the whole Sunday I sat in my room, all alone. Just thinking about everything. The one thing that kept going through my head over and over again, when the guy was talking to me on the steps. I should have known he wasn't a good guy, I shouldn't have let him pick me up, I shouldn't think everyone's a good guy..

I shouldn't have snuck out, I shouldn't have worn shorts, I shouldn't have drank... It was all my fault I could have prevented everything.

Oh and I've been crying for like 6 hours! Not really that long but it feels like it. I missed Dana.

I looked down at the bracelets around my wrist, I hated Dana.. How could I go from hating him to liking.

"Sophie" a soft deep voice asked, I jumped a little then I looked up at my dad.

"What?" He frowned at my tone which I will admit was bitter and unfriendly

"Why do you speak to me like that? I made a mistake leaving you and your mother. I'm
Trying, but for this to work you have to try too" I looked at him not really listening just making it look like I was.

"You done now?" He hit his hand off the wall

"Damn it Sophie! Stop acting like a bitch! I'm trying to be a dad but if you don't want one then fuck you! I have more then one kid to be a father to." My dad yelled I opened my mouth to ask if he was done now but then what he said processed

"What!" I yelled getting onto my feet now "you have another kid!" He obviously didn't mean for that to slip

"Listen your mom doesn't know-"

"MOM!" I yelled running out the door down the stairs "MOM!" My dad was chasing after me

"SOPHIE!" I ran Into my mom right as my dad grabbed my arm

"Mom, maybe you should ask my DEAR father what he hasn't told you" when I said dear I used all my strength and ripped my arm from his hand.

"What are you talking about Sophie?" My mom was annoyed

"Ask 'daddy'" I crossed my arms and smirked at him

"What's going on babe?" My mom asked completely clueless

"I was going to tell you once Sophie and I started getting along." He was beating around the bush and by the sweat on his forehead he was nervous. "I have a son named Carter, he's 12"

"see looks like- wait he's 12?" If he's 12 that means I'm only 3 years older! My dad left me when I was 7 he had a kid that was 4. He cheated on my mom!

"You motherfucker! You had a kid with another women when we were together!" My mom yelled, I was still in shock

"Listen, it wasn't suppose to happen! It was a mistake! It was only supposed to be a night of fun! I swear" my dad tried to explain, no you can't come back from that. You cheated and had another kid with another women.

"Is that why you left? Did you go to them?" I asked when I asked it I just wanted to know but when my dad shamefully looked down to the floor without answering it hurt. He left me and my mom to go to another family.

"Is that where you've been?" My mom asked with tears

"Listen, I've always love you. I've always wanted to be with-"

"You weren't there for me for 8 years of my life! You weren't there for 'carter' for 4 fucking years! How's that far!" I yelled getting worked up

"You son of a bitch! You were there for him all his life haven't you" my dad looked at me with tears

"Save it 'dad' go to your other family" I walked passed him back up the stairs.

I heard a ringing and started looking for my phone, I found it under my bed. How it got

"Hey princess, what have you been up to?" Dana asked

"Let's see.. Hmm being trapped in my room for hours, and fifing out I have a brother. How about yourself" I had a fake cheerfulness

"Whoa, a bro?" I rolled my eyes

"Yeah, a 12 year old bro!" Dana was quiet probably trying to process

"how?" I rolled my eyes at his stupidity

"well my father cheated on my mom had a kid left us to be with them." Dana was quiet

"Wanna stop talking about it?" I laughed

"Anyways.. I called to tell you something" my heart was pounding this could be it. He could simply be like you lost your virginity I need your bracelet.

"Yea..?" I asked reluctantly, I closed my eyes and prepared myself

"Maybe it's best I tell you in person" I almost threw up I'm not even kidding. He was making me so nervous I felt like I was going to puke

"Dana. If your going to tell me I lost the virginity game don't come anywhere near me!" I yelled almost in tears

"What? No! Princess. Your still in the... Game. I have something else to tell you, it's been bugging me" he said then hung up before I could ask him anything else.

Dana texted me telling me he was outside. Now what I have to do is get to him.

I walked down the stairs then ran for the door. I could still hear my mom and dad in the kitchen yelling. I walked out the door and seen Dana's car parked across the street.

I walked around the car and got in the passenger seat. Dana didn't speak and we kinda just sat in silence.

"Soo.. What do you have to say" he kept his eyes on the steering wheel. "Dana?" He looked up at me like he just now noticed I was in the car.

"Let's go somewhere else to talk" I was confused that he wanted go somewhere else.. What does he have to say. Oh my god! He's going to tell me he's in love with me.

Well now I wish I would have dressed better and did my hair and makeup. Right now I was wearing yellow sweat pants a white tank top, my hair was in this messy bun and I have like no makeup on.

Dana drove into an empty parking lot. Okay not what I was expecting, but I guess it's okay.

"Soo?" I said getting impatient, just say it already!

"Uh.. Okay. So I've been thinking lately, not really lately.. All the time but it decided I need to tell lately" he was babbling

"Yeah. What do you have to tell me?" I wanted him to just spit it out

"Well.. Okay. Uh I've been thinking about you a lot, and after what happened I realized how much.. I uh.." Dana paused looking at me unsure. I'm sure my expression was one of joy, I like Dana and if he has the guts to admit he loves me and will quite the game, it would be the best thing ever!

I pulled back after like 5 seconds. He looked at me bewildered, like he couldn't believe what I just did.
