Is someone stoked for this free week of spoiling ourselves silly I asked Harley as I entered her room. Yeah absolutely she said whilst putting her hair in a messy bun just like mine. We made a beeline for a nice restaurant the moment we left the house and we had variety of food ranging from French toast to bacon and egg muffins, grilled cheese and even raspberry rolled up cakes. I enjoyed every bit of everything we had and when we finished eating we ordered coffee to go with.
Then we went grocery shopping, we already ran out on a lot of things because we have been too swamped to shop for anything these past weeks. Now that we have the time we will have to shop in large quantities, who knows when next we will be free. The moment we got in we started putting things like " eggs, milk, butter, cheese, bread, sour cream, pasta sauce, bananas, apples, raspberries, ice cream, hot dog, coffee, veggies, beef, salmon, chicken breast and many other things in our shopping cart". After paying and storing them in the car, we went to the mall cause a girl needs to pamper herself by clothes shopping.
We went to different stores picking trousers, tops, dresses, shoes and undies. After parading different stores for two hours we found ourselves in Victoria's Secret store we need to pick some things here Harley said giddily whilst trying to tug me in. Yeah perhaps you after all you have a potential boyfriend I said will a little scowl. Come on Knox, you can buy things for yourself it doesn't always have to be for a guy and you can even buy in anticipation, that way even if the boyfriend comes you will be ready she said with a smile whilst still tugging me inside. I guess you're right I said with a smile whilst we started checking for lingerie and even sexy sleep wears.
After about an hour we eventually decided on what to pick. I picked a red and a black lingerie

We also picked a couple of lace sexy night wears, the bottom line is we had so much fun shopping today and by the time we were done I was holding about 12 different shopping bags whilst Harley had almost 15.
We went crazy with the whole shopping spree, by the time we finished stuffing the bags in the car we realized it was already evening and we were hungry. So we stopped by a restaurant on our way home, we are knackered and ravenous to go home and start cooking so we just had something before going home. When we got home we promptly arranged the groceries we bought today in the right places. After putting everything away properly we went to Harley's room to try out our new outfits one after the other and when we were done I took my things to my room and put them away in my closet and by the time I was done with all the arrangement It was already 9pm.
Harley, how about we see a movie I asked just as she came out of her room yeah sure, let me make the popcorn whilst you check for something we can watch she said as she entered the kitchen.
Waking up in the morning, I realized we slept off half way through the movie, Harley is still sleeping beside me. Harley get up it's morning I said tapping her lightly. We went to our rooms and freshened up then I decided to put on a sun dress and put my hair up in a ponytail. When I was satisfied with my appearance, I decided to go to the kitchen to get coffee and I met Harley there dressed up too.
So what are we doing today I enquired after getting my coffee. Well I was thinking perhaps we can go to the spa. Oh yes I love that idea I said with a smile as I sip my coffee.
We got to the spa and we had a very nice massage then we did our facials. We also had a mud bath and I must say I enjoyed my day. It was a well deserved stress free day for us and I felt rejuvenated. When we left the spa we had dinner at a pretty good restaurant before returning home and calling it a day. The week went by painfully fast we us doing different fun activities like manicure and pedicure, bubble bath, picnic and I even had time to finish the book I have been trying to read for a whilst "Disguise". I even slept in many days and on Friday David invited us to his club "VID360"and gave us a membership card, we had so much fun that night, with us being in the VIP room and having probono drinks courtesy of David.
On Saturday we went to the movies and eventually had the time to see " The Hitman wife's bodyguard" generally, it was a rare fun filled and stress free week we have had in a very long time. It was totally worth it and to be honest I am already looking forward to another fun time soon.
