"Excuse me, Boss." Gauri says as she gently opened the door.
"Yes, Gauri?" Omkara looks up from his laptop.
"One Mr. Rudra is here to see you." Gauri says as she opens the door for Rudra to enter.
Omkara nods at Gauri dismissing her and waits till she has closed the door and turns to Rudra with a big smile letting his serious facade drop, "What's up?"
"Omkara Singh Oberoi, the MD!" Rudra says impressed.
Omkara shrugs in reply. "Sit... tell me what's happening? How is your website coming along?" Omkara asks him jovially.
Rudra pops down leaning back on the chair. "You haven't got me any clients!"
Omkara rolls his eyes, "If you didn't know, I have a business to run and profits to make to show my Dad that I am not a wastrel of a son."
"Whether you make profit or not, you are going to be your Dad's ladla and heir apparent and that is seriously not my case."
Omkara chuckles, "Why am I friends with you? So of not my standard and class."
Rudra laughs at the jibe. "You haven't registered."
"I have!" Omkara says offended.
"Yeah? What is your username?" Rudra asks leaning further back.
"Ermm... ermm... cooldude??" Omkara asks throwing in the most commonly used username by all those uncool people.
"Nice try! Register. I need to show clients then only I can bring in adverts."
"Rudra... it's not my thing...and who the hell uses a chatting portal now?"
"It's just not a chatting portal... it is where people can make friends, find dates, matrimony and also hook ups." Rudra says with a wink.
"Hook ups?"
"Only for premium members."
Omkara laughs loudly.
"Just be a free user." Rudra tells him. "I need members."
"Fine! I'll but I won't be using it." Omkara tells him.
"Heck no... I myself wouldn't waste my time on these silly things."
"Then why did you make it?" Omkara asks.
"It's good revenue." Rudra shrugs. "And here are some pamphlets ask your employees to join too."
"NO!"
"Come on! What are friends for?" Rudra asks.
"I just joined office a month back. I don't even know all of their names." Omkara tells him.
"Then ask someone to do it for you."
"Sorry, have an image to maintain."
"Excuse me, Boss?" Gauri opens the door poking her head in.
Omkara quickly becomes serious and gestures her to enter.
Gauri keeps a file on the table and turns to go.
"Ask her!" Rudra whispers to him.
"No!" Omkara furiously whispers back.
"COME ON!"
"NO!"
"Excuse me, Ma'm." Rudra says as he stood up.
Gauri quickly turns to him. "Yes?"
"I am Rudra, his best friend." Rudra says flicking his head towards Omkara while Omkara furiously glares at him.
"Can you hand this around among all your co-workers and ask them to register?" Rudra asks handing her the pamphlets.
Gauri looks at the pamphlets curiously then at Rudra and finally at Omkara in shock and confusion.
"He agreed!" Rudra says waving his hand in a dismissing way.
"Okay." Gauri replies as she looks at Rudra and then at Omkara.
"Gauri... it is not an order, a request." Omkara adds furiously glaring at Rudra.
"Sure, Boss." Gauri replies mentally rolling her eyes. Request, my foot. Whoever doesn't register would be fired on the spot.
Half an hour later, Omkara's mobile rings and he picks it up.
"Did you register?" Rudra asks him.
"Not yet."
"I got 17 of your employees registered and gotta say, few are even active."
"During office hours?" Omkara asks pissed.
"Oh leave that... they are helping your best friend."
"My foot!"
"Register. If you don't register then I am going to go online and have a few lovely chats with your employees telling them on all of your wonderful stories."
"How would you even know they are my employees?"
"Well... most of them, their address are your office address." Rudra tells him.
"Huh? Why?"
"I think, when you said it is not an order, your sweet little assistant might have thought it was a threat." Rudra says chuckling.
"Oh God!"
"So... register."
"I won't be using my real name."
"No worries... I have your IP address I'll know when you register."
"HOW?" Omkara asks shocked.
"I am smart."
"You are a hacker." Omkara says pissed.
"That too." Rudra says proudly.

Omkara was busy going through a file when he hears a bling. He turns to his laptop screen and sees one tab blinking. Not any tab, Rudra's stupid website wala tab. He opens it and realizes that he forgot to sign out.

Omkara was about to ignore it, then thought of Rudra, what if I brush off this member and that member gets offended and leave thinking people were rude here? It was obviously that person's first time in this site. And if Rudra finds out that he lost a member because of me then he will ruin my life. Maybe I'll talk for five minutes.

clueless: I was so clueless, didn't know what to use.

Omkara looks up to see Gautham at the door. He gestures him to enter.
Iamsolost: BRB
clueless: Okay.
So, it is not Gautham.
"Boss... this is Gauri's loan application. It is kind of urgent, so if you could approve it then I'll process it soon." Gautham tells him.
"Leave it there I'll have a look at it." Omkara tells him.
"Yes Boss?" Gauri answers the phone on the first ring.
"Come here." Omkara orders and hangs up the phone quickly.
Within a minute his door opens and Gauri walks in, "Boss?"
"Yeah... Gauri, you have asked for a loan?" Omkara asks her.
"Yes Boss. It is for my mother's hospital bills." Gauri replies.
"What happened to your mother?"
"She had a surgery. Is there a problem, boss?" Gauri asks him confused.
"No... shouldn't the medical insurance cover it?" Omkara asks frowning.
Gauri looks at him in shock, "No."
"It doesn't?" Omkara asks equally shocked.
"I never took coverage for my family."
"Why?"
"For family coverage we have to pay the premium." Gauri explains.
"Oh! I didn't know that."
"You just joined."
"Hmmm"
"Even if I had taken the coverage it wouldn't have been enough. We have the very basic medical insurance, Boss." Gauri tells him.
"Are you complaining, Ms. Sharma?" Omkara asks frowning at her.
"No, Boss. Never. Just telling you as you didn't know, and that is the reason why I didn't take the family coverage."
"Hmmm let me see what I can do." Omkara tells her.
"My mother is getting discharged in two days, Boss." Gauri tells him worriedly.
"Get the bills to the finance department and all that was already paid too." Omkara instructs her.
"Why?"
"The company will reimburse you."
"Reimburse?" Gauri asks shocked.
"Yes... according to the new medical coverage we would be drawing up. Rest you'll have to pay." Omkara tells her.
"But why?" Gauri asks shocked.
"You ask too many questions." Omkara chides her and then adds, "It is my fault that I never realized that my employees were not properly covered."
Gauri looks at him in shock, he did surprise her at times like this when he put the employees before profit and company, and he did that very often too.
"If you still prefer the loan instead then I'll approve it." Omkara tells her getting irritated that she was gaping at him as if he grew two heads.
"No... no... thank you, Boss. It is very kind of you."
"It has nothing to do with kindness, Gauri. You can go." Omkara tells her dismissing her.
Now to find that ungrateful employee!
Iamsolost: I am back.
There was no reply for a minute and then...
Clueless: Sorry... was called to Kadoos Boss' room.
It's HER?
Iamsolost: What's your designation?
Clueless: Executive Assistant to MD.
Omkara sits up and looks through his glass door, he had a two-way mirror and sees Gauri sitting with her hands on the laptop.
"Yes, Boss?" Gauri asks as she picked up the phone.
"Come to my cabin." Omkara says and hangs up.
Iamsolost: So...
Omkara watches as Gauri types something on the laptop and quickly getting up.
A second later...
Clueless: BRB
"HA!" Omkara says laughing as he leans back on the chair.
"Boss?" Gauri walks in.
"Yeah, Gauri." Omkara says wondering what to say.
"Yes Boss?"
"Yeah! Inform the HR Dept to get me health insurance quotations from Insurance companies. Not just the one we are currently dealing, others too."
"Okay, Boss." Gauri says.
"You can go."
Omkara watches as Gauri sits back on her chair and taking the phone talking for a few minutes. Then she types on the laptop...
Clueless: I am back.
God! Didn't she have any work?
Iamsolost: Back from Kadoos Boss' cabin?
Clueless: HEY! He is my Boss and I'll call him Kadoos. I'll call him whatever I want. You don't know him, so don't call him Kadoos.
Omkara's eyes widen seeing her blasting him for calling himself a Kadoos.
Iamsolost: I thought he was Kadoos.
Clueless: He is. That doesn't mean you can just call him Kadoos.
Iamsolost: Why are you so possessive about your boss?
Clueless: I am not! He is my boss. He is a Kadoos but he is a darling.

Clueless: Yes! He always put us employees first. ALWAYS. It's just been a month since he joined but we all love him here.
Really? Omkara thinks in shock, he never really thought what his employees thought about him.

Omkara looks up and sees Gauri getting furious.
Iamsolost: No... just curious because normally everyone hates their boss.
Clueless: Well we don't. Before we didn't have transportation and he gave us that. We used to work 6 days a week and he changed that to 5. He gave us one hour lunch break. He is very approachable unlike my previous Boss.
Iamsolost: That is one hell of a boss.
Clueless: He is.
Omkara smiles proudly.
Iamsolost: Then why do you call him Kadoos?
Clueless: Because he is one. He never smiles, always serious.
Clueless: He will fire you on the spot when the mood strikes him. He doesn't tolerate mistakes too. A little arrogant.
Iamsolost: hmmm
Clueless: hence the Kadoos but you can't call my boss Kadoos.
Iamsolost: only you can?
Clueless: YES!
Iamsolost: Fine... won't call your precious boss a Kadoos.

Omkara looks up and sees Gauri's eyes widen in shock. Then she frantically looks around as she turns pink turning her laptop towards the wall so no one can read it.

Soon she went offline.
Omkara looks up and Gauri was still flustered and he couldn't help it, he burst out laughing.
The next day, Omkara was getting distracted with Gauri's supposed crush on him. Finally, he logs on line and sees that she is online.
Iamsolost: HEY!
Clueless: hi
Iamsolost: You are always online? Don't you have any work?
Clueless: very busy. But I logged in thinking I'll chat with you in between :)

Omkara looks up and sees her frowning at the laptop. Omkara chuckles.

Clueless: He knows I exist in this world only because I am his assistant and I take care of all his appointments and official works otherwise he wouldn't even know about me.

Omkara looks up at her in shock remembering every time Gauri coming running in whenever Svetlana was in his cabin. And he had only been too thankful for the interruptions. Svetlana had a very nasal voice which was irritating and she dressed and acted like a s**t though nothing outrageous that he had to fire her, but those subtleties he acted as if he didn't notice.
He decided to have some fun.
Omkara watched Gauri as Svetlana walked into his cabin.
"Sit down, Svetlana." Omkara tells her as he watched Gauri.
She was a wreck, panicking and biting her nails.
Iamsolost: There?
There was no reply. She was staring at his door. He couldn't help but mentally laugh out loud.
"Svetlana..."
"Boss?" Svetlana says in a her s**tty nasal voice and Omkara mentally cringes.
"Excuse me, Boss?" Gauri pokes her head in.
Omkara mentally chuckles as he looked up at her.
"I needed to talk to you about something." Gauri tells him as she darted her glances towards Svetlana.
"Yeah tell me."
"You seem to be in the middle of something. I'll wait, Boss." Gauri says as she stood near the door.
"This will take time."
"It's okay. I'll wait."
"You... are... going to wait in here?" Omkara asks trying his best to not laugh out loud.
"Yes." Gauri declares as she threw in a disgusted look at Svetlana.
Omkara raises one eye brow at her.
"If that is okay with you." Gauri amends.
"It's not." Omkara replies.
"Oh!" Gauri looks hurt at him.
"Why don't you just tell me what it is?"
"I just wanted to say thank you for earlier."
"You already did." Omkara reminds her. "Anything else?"
Gauri shakes her head as she looked at Svetlana who was smirking.
"Then you can go."
Gauri sadly turns around and walks out.
Seeing the sad expression on her, he felt bad.

Omkara had to stop himself from laughing out loud.

Clueless: That Svetlana is in his cabin and he has no idea what she is up to. I was just trying to save him and he threw me out.

Omkara smiles loving the way she was justifying his actions to him.
Iamsolost: I am surprised that he didn't fall in love with you in this one month.

Omkara bursts out laughing.
"Boss?" Svetlana interrupts him.
"Sorry..." Omkara remembering her presences turns to her and frowns seeing her top two buttons were undone. It was not earlier. God! Gauri! Save me.
"Svetlana... I am not at all happy..." Bling.
Clueless: I am getting restless. She is still in there.
Iamsolost: well he is her boss too.
Clueless: that helps a lot!
"Not happy about what?" Svetlana asks
"with the new marketing strategies that you came up with." Omkara completes and fights his lips from forming a smile seeing Gauri walking to the door.
"Boss?" Gauri says as she frantically runs in.
"Yeah? Any emergency."
"We have to go immediately." Gauri tells him.
"Go?"
"Yes. You have a meeting with Mr. Malhotra."
"That is for tomorrow right?"
"No, Boss. Today. In twenty minutes." Gauri tells him frantically.
"And why didn't you tell me this so far?" Omkara asks her furiously.
"I am sorry, Boss. It skipped my mind." Gauri says looking down.
"Svetlana... redo that." Omkara orders her and walks out with Gauri running behind him.
Omkara gets in the lift with Gauri wondering for how long she was going to do this act. Then a thought struck him, what if she prepond the meeting just to get him away from Svetlana? He had no doubt that the meeting was for tomorrow. He had fixed it himself.
"Oh my!" Gauri exclaims in shock.
"What now?" Omkara asks her.
"I am so sorry, Boss. I made a mistake. The meeting was tomorrow. I thought today was 17th. I am so sorry."
"Are you trying to get yourself fired?" Omkara asks her in shock.
"No Boss... I am sorry. It won't happen again." Gauri tells him slightly panicking. She didn't think of the consequences of her actions. Just that Svetlana was in his cabin and she had to separate them quickly.
Omkara ties his hand on his chest as he leaned back on the lift walls as Gauri pressed the button to go back up. He watches her for a few seconds and lets his eyes wander down. He had noticed on the first day itself that she had a good body and nice figure to go with a beautiful face and a very sexy voice. But then her attitude had been a big turn off. She was so stuck up but now he realizes that was a facade she put up like he did of a serious boss. His eyes travels back and it gets stuck on her chest. She had nice boobs. He hears her loud gasp and looks up.
"My face is up here!" Gauri says outraged as she pointed at her face.
"They are more beautiful." Omkara says pointing at her chest.
Gauri's mouth opens in a big O in shock. "How dare you?" Gauri asks him furiously.
"Well... When you dare to be so provocative, I dare to look." Omkara tells her and then saunters out eager to get back to his cabin to find out how outraged she is.

Omkara looks at his screen in shock.

Iamsolost: that is one hell of a stupid and cheesy proposal, and it doesn't even make any sense.

Omkara furiously puts up his hand.

Then she went offline.
Next few days they didn't chat and Omkara was getting restless wondering what to do. He knew if he told her that he loves her then she would reject him like she said. Finally having no choice, he decided to talk to his parents and calls up his Dad.
Gauri was working when her mobile rings and seeing it is her mother she picks up her phone.
"Hello Mama?"
"Gauri... come home early today."
"Why, Mama?" Gauri asks frowning.
"Well... beta... you got a marriage proposal."
"Proposal?" Gauri asks shocked as her heart stops beating.
"They are coming today evening to see you." Pinky tells her.
"I don't want to get married now, mama. I want to work. Tell them not to come."
"If I tell them not to come then you might won't have this job tomorrow." Pinky tells her worried.

"The proposal is from Omkara Singh Oberoi. His parents called saying that they want you to be their bahu."
"Omkara Singh Oberoi?" Gauri asks in a near shout.
"Yes. So you come early and if you don't want to marry him, we will gently tell them. Okay?"
"Okay." Gauri says as she hangs up the phone mechanically as she stared at her Boss' door though seeing herself in the mirror.

Omkara looks up and sees her staring at his door.

Omkara calls her on the phone and almost chuckles seeing her jump.
Gauri takes the phone and keeps it to her ears.

Gauri gasps out loud as she went pale. Then she quickly keeps the phone and grabbing her bag she runs away.
Gauri was running through the aisle in between all the cubicles to get to the lift when "GAURI!"
Gauri stops in shock and turns to look at Omkara in shock.
"Marry me." Omkara tells her.
Gauri slowly starts walking back.
"Stop running." Omkara tells her then turning to Gautham who was behind her tells him, "If she runs catch her."
Gautham nods and continues to gape at them like everyone else.

Seeing he was walking towards her, Gauri starts to walk back.
"He is going to catch you. If you can't stand anyone other than me touch you, I suggest you stop right there." Omkara tells her and Gauri quickly stops. Omkara couldn't help smile.
"So... as I was saying Marry me."
"No."
"I am here to offer you a deal."
"Deal?" Gauri croaks. "This is not a business."
"I am a businessman." Omkara shrugs.
"I want to go."
"Hear my deal and you can take your time in saying yes because no is not even an option." Omkara tells her.
Gauri gapes at him in shock.
Omkara walks towards her then taking her hand in his he kneels down in front of her. "Marry me, Gauri Kumari Sharma and I'll give you paradise on a gold platter. Anything you want... everything you want. I come with it, of course. It's a package deal."
Gauri gasps in shock as her eyes filled with tears.
"I love you, Gauri. Marry me. We'll be a family. We'll have children... I'd like six but I'll settle for one. You don't have to decide now. Take your time."
Gauri's eyes go wide hearing the rest of the line from that book.
"Yeah... I read the damn book for you." Omkara tells her. "But I feel the same way... except for six children... we will have just two."
Gauri chuckles realizing how crazy he is.

"So are you." Omkara tells her chuckling. "Marry me."
Gauri nods her head in yes happily.
"What are you doing?" Gauri asks her new husband frowning seeing him with his laptop as she turned to him in bed. "Are you going to work during our honeymoon?" Then seeing the site he was on she starts frowning. "Who are you going to chat with now?"
"Rudra just messaged me to check the site." Omkara tells her. Then he sees it. "Bloody hell!"
"What?" Gauri asks looking at the site and she softly gasps seeing a banner with their wedding photo with the tag line clueless weds iamlost.
Omkara clicks on the banner and it took him to a page with the story on about their love story and how the site played a major role in their love affair, and urging people to join the site to get their happily ever after.
"Why am I even friends with him?" Omkara asks in outrage.
"Because he got us together, boss." Gauri whispers to him in a sexy tone.
"And brought out that sexy seductress in you, G." Omkara says as he rolled her over taking her lips in his.
