Melissa and Tom felt a huge weight off their shoulders once they posted those photos. They had been hiding their relationship for over a year now and they were excited to be able to post about each other freely. Melissa listened to everyone's advice and avoided looking at comments. She knew people would have a lot to say about her and she knew it would do her no good to read any of it. She was very surprised to see that she and the kids had thousands of new followers just seconds after Tom posted his photo. It was overwhelming and she didn't know if she liked the idea of a bunch of strangers now having access to the private lives of her and her kids but being with Tom was worth it.
"So does this mean we can finally tell our friends?" Mia asked.
"Yeah! It's sucked not be able to invite them over," Daniel added.
"Yes you guys are free to tell whoever you want now," Melissa said.
"I'm really sorry you guys had to keep it a secret for so long. I know its been hard but your mum and I really appreciate it."
"How about you guys invite your friends over next weekend for a pool party?"
"Oh my god! Yes!"
"We'll go tell them now cause our phones are already blowing up."
