"No because i knew they would reject me and when its too late they already have valentines"

"Because everyone in middle school and elementary school made fun of me for being adopted because i wasnt a frog like tsu" her ears drooped a bit and her tail lowered.
"Well she isn't a frog either. It's just a quirk, and you're both human. Anyway there isn't anything wrong with being adopted and what's that gotnto do with being rejected in highschool?"
"I dont know ok?" She sighed as she finished getting up and walking away after she finished.
He watched her leave a small frown formed on his face. "I wouldn't reject you" he said
"Uh huh sure" she sighed heavily and flopped on her bed
He sighed and continued to pass out the breakfasts to people before cleaning up.
soon everyone had left except for them as she was in her room reading a book
He headed over to her room He wanted to see if shes ok.
She heard his foot steps as she laid there "kiri i know its you everyone left"
"So does that mean I can come in or no?"
"Sure my door is unlocked" she said as she laid there.
He opened it up and walked over to her
She closed the book and looked at him.
He sat on her bed and handed her a little gift baggy full of Valentines goodies
She sat up with a small blush gently taking the bag "you didnt have to do this for me kir".
"No but I wanted to" he said
She kissed his cheek softly as she blushed some more "i wish every guy was as sweet as you"
"If every guy was like that then how will some of us stand a chance?" He chuckled and blushed
