"Yup.....great toh hoga hi you took both the beautiful women's from me" suddenly he murmured startling manik.
" Wat......come again....kya kaha tumne" manik asked angrily as he very well heard what he said but wanted him to say it again.
"Ummm....kuc....kuch nahi....kuch bhi toh nahi.....ummm I think I should leave." He shuttered and immediately got up to leave.
"Manik m ap logo keliye coffee bana dete hu" Nandini said but stopped seeing an angry manik.
"Kya hua" she asked while looking between the two where manik was busy glaring at aryaman and aryaman was trying to avoid his gaze.
"No thanks....nandini...I have some work I m leaving" aryaman said awkwardly.
"Arre abhi toh ae ho..." Nandini said.
"No nandini let him go...I also think he should leave now" suddenly manik said sternly making nandini frown at his tone.
"Ya.....bye" saying this aryaman left from their hurriedly making nandini confuse.
"Manik.....kya hua" she again asked on sensing something fishy making manik calm himself down.
"Kuch nahi usko kuch kaam tha bas" manik said while giving her a soft smile.
"Ok.... apko coffee cahiye" she asked leaving aryaman's topic making manik sigh.
"Haan....." He replied shortly.
"Umm.....vo have u given the medicine" he asked after sometime while coming in the kitchen.
"Ji.....mom is awake....." She said and got busy in her work.
Manik slowly moved towards her room but stood outside for a while contemplating on wat he should do. After debating on wat to do he slowly entered the room making nandini smile as all time she was watching his actions. She know everything is very difficult for manik.
Manik's pov....
After debating for few minutes I slowly entered the room and saw mom awake.
"Manik" she called as soon as she saw me.
"Ummm......vo.....how...how are u now....I mean how are you feeling now" I shuttered while sitting beside mom
"I m fine....."she said while looking at me lovingly.
"Ummmm.....ok...
If...u need anything u can call me or nandini." I added while avoiding looking at her because I know as soon as I will look at her teary face I won't be able to control myself.
"Manik" she whispered hoarsely with tears in her eyes making me close my eyes in pain.
"Mannu"she again called making my heart heavy and eyes moist.
"Mumma ki tarah dekhlo bas ek baar jaan" she whispered while cupping my face with her palm making me face her.
"Mumma is sorry.....please mumma ko maaf kardo" she apologized with tears streaming down her eyes. She looked so vulnerable and broken right now just like me making break all my anger walls.
