"Don't you wanna know more?" Thomas finally asked as Andrew settled down. "Aren't you guys angry?"
"How could we?" Molly replied. "And we always had an inkling that you liked Zaide more than any other kids."
A lone tear rolled down Thomas' face. "I was so prepared if you guys throw me out, too. I'm so sorry."
"It's okay." Andrew patted his son on the back and Thomas could not but hug his father.
"Thank you, dad." He felt like a small kid.
"No need, but we need to knock some sense into them." Andrew said angrily looking at Zaide's sleeping form.
"Zara said she would talk to them." But, Thomas had his doubts.
"That poor girl can do so much. I'll talk to Abdul myself." Thomas felt as if his dad was ready to fight.
"That would have to wait till tomorrow. In the mean time, you can tell me how you two got together."
Watching his mother's smile, Thomas blushed before he told them everything, leaving out some important details.
