Seven put his towel down by the bench and jumped into the water. Once he was satisfied after two laps, he swam to where Bill was standing in the shallow water.
"Why didn't you come yesterday?"
"To get rid of you." Seven replied without any regret and stood in front of him.
Bill's lips quirked up in reply. "Well, that's not easy." He flicked Seven on the nose.
Seven was halfway tempted to choke him to death, but that would not do him any good other that get rid of the nuisance.
"Don't just stand there, get to the railing and thrash your legs as if you're swimming and try to keep your body afloat."
The older boy did not waste any time and tried to do as he was told. Seven sighed miserably.
He rubbed his hands on his face. He could not believe his first kiss was ruined for that idiot.
