Zaide groaned as he plopped down on his bed, face palming. "What did I just do?" He whined.
"What did you do?" Thomas' voice startled him and he jumped up from his bed to lock the door.
With his shoulders hunched, he sat down on his bed looking at the floor, gesturing Thomas to take a seat beside him.
"Zara came into my room just a moment ago." Thomas raised an eyebrow. "She asked me to help her make you confess to her and I told her to make you jealous."
Thomas was quiet for a while, and Zaide was dreading his reaction, before laughing hysterically.
"That's just-" Thomas took a breath to calm himself down. "Are you ready?"
Zaide nodded his head. Deep down inside he wanted Thomas to say, "Why didn't you tell her that we're together?"
Oh, well, seemed like he had to wait for that to happen.
