The boy with a metal body POV

I watch Scar go out for yet another night of hard partying with Cat and Zila.
She's been doing this all week, and coming come blackout drunk.

I mean, I support getting drunk and getting guys, it's just...Scar. I really like her.
Yeah. I'm pretty hopeless, aren't I?

"Hey, Fin?" Auri says.

"Heyyyy Stowawayyyy."

"Just tell her. Trust me."

"Tell who what now?"

"Scar. I know you like her, so why don't you man up and tell her?"

I shake my head and cross my arms.
"No way in hell."

"Quit being a baby. Its just a girl, and if she rejects you, you can always find someone else."
She starts walking off, bringing out her uni.

"Not that easy." I mutter under my breath.

"Heard that!"

"Oh, shut up!" I sigh, and head to my room.

There, I tinker on my suit, floating around in the anti-grav and thinking about what I would say the Scar, the girl I love.

~~~
"Fin?" I hear knocking on my door, and push to the grav controls, turning gravity back on again.
"Come in."
It's Scar. She's still wearing the crop-top, miniskirt and the boots from tonight, and she sounds sober.
"Are you okay?" I ask her.
"Not in these clothes I'm not. Can I borrow something of yours?"
I nod, and turn away to cover my blush. I rummage through my clothes until I find a black shirt and some pants.
I hand it over, and as much as if love to look, I turn away to giver her a bit of privacy.
"Aaaaaand done!" She says, and I turn around. I notice that her bright red lipstick is smudged a little.
"What'd you want me here for?"
I pause. "I didn- oh." Auri must've told her. Great.
"Um."
She raises an eyebrow.
I turn around and get my headphones, and slip them over her head, and play idfc by blackbear.
Auri had gotten me into Terran music and now there's no stopping me, not now, not ever.
She smiles, and her eyes widen.
She does this weird shoulder dance, and starts swaying.
She starts mouthing the words, and I'm mesmerised by her lips.
She's beautiful.
The song ends, and she looks at me with heavy-lidded eyes.
I have to tell her.
But she beats me to it.
"I have hella feeling for you too."
And she tilts her head, and pulls me into a mind blowing kiss. The room seems to spin like she's some sort of drug and I feel for a moment like she's going to get me addicted.
I feel like the room is spinning, and she's the only thing that's grounding me from floating into space altogether.
We break apart, but only for a moment, and I offer her a small smirk, which she replies to me with another kiss.
She pulls me down onto the bed, her on top. My hands are on her waist, and hers are in my hair, making my hair all messed up.
A small price to pay for these amazing kisses.
She lets out a small whimper-moan thing, and we break apart, her mouth red and a little swollen.
"Goddamn."
"Goddamn indeed."
She smiles and gives me a kiss on the cheek. "I like you."
"I- you too. Since I first saw you."
"Cheeeeesy as hells, but, yeah, I've liked you ever since I saw you."
I smile and kiss her, more slowly this time, more softly.
"Do you wanna go watch a movie?"
"Hells yeah, Fin."
~~~

Scar is asleep on me, hugging my waist.

I stroke her hair, ever soft.

How did I get so lucky?
