HAWKINS BLEEDING! CHAPTER FOUR:
THE GIRL IN THE WOODS
The four of them lead the smaller girl to the door of Mike's basement, thinking that was the safest spot for her. She sort of held onto Stephenies arm the whole way there and when they got to Mike house the girl was on the couch looking very helpless. Stephenie stood with her arms crossed with the boys beside her looking at the girl softly.
"Where's ur hair? do you have cancer?"
"Are u in some sort of trouble?"
"Is that blood?" Lucas reached out to touch her— Stephanie slapped his arm
"Stop it! Your freaking her out!" Stephenie said
"She's freaking me out"
"I bet she's deaf" Dustin claps his hands together, making the girl flinch. Stephenie shot Dustin a dirty glare
"Okay that's enough! She's just scared and cold" Stephanie exclaimed before moving to sit with the girl on the couch. She flinched again and Stephenie moved slower instead.
"I won't hurt you don't worry" Stephanie said in a calming voice
"Not... dangerous?" the girl questioned
"Not to you, no" Stephenie smiled
The thunder from outside roars and the girl shut her eyes trying to make it go away. Stephenie looks at the girl feeling sorry for wherever she came from was probably scary.
"Here, these are clean. Ok?" Mike says handing the girl new clothes. She takes them and squishes her face on them she stands up and started to take her shirt off but Stephanie grabs her hands before she does
"No"
"Oh my god"
"No"
"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god"
Stephenie laughed at the boys reaction as they have never even talked to a girl, let alone see one try and take her shirt off in front of them
"Over there, that's the bathroom. Privacy, get it?" mike says being more calm then the other two
The girl grabs the clothes and Stephanie brings her to the bathroom and she looks around. Stephenie goes to close the door and she grabs it.
"You don't want it closed?" Stephanie asked
"No" the girl speaks
"ok how about we keep the door open like ...... this, is that better?"
"Yes" Stephenie smiled a bit and headed back to the boys who were freaking out
"This is mental" Dustin speaks first
"At least she can talk" Stephenie defends the girl
"She said yes and no, mikes little sister says more"
"She tried to get naked"
"There's something seriously wrong with her, like wrong in the head"
"She just went like" Dustin demonstrates and throws his hands up pretending the take his shirt off, knocking his hat off
"I bet she escaped from pent hurst"
"From where?" Mike questioned
