Chapter 19

Eun Rim's POV

My first day in Silla went by quickly.
We were greeted warmly by the people.

In the palace,a festival was organised for the newly Weds. The whole day,I was standing beside Yoona.
She seemed to get easily liked by all the people here too. She was so respectful and considerate that it was honestly difficult not to like her.

At night,we were taken to the Minister of finance's mansion for a lavish banquet in honor of the new queen.

It was a good day but the only bad part was that I barely talked to Chanyeol.
We only exchanged glances once in a while and sometimes he'd simply wink and make me feel shy in front of the people, though I'm not sure if anyone saw us.

I was taken to my room by some maids and as I laid on bed,there was a knock on the door.

Chanyeol entered the room as I closed the door behind him.
"Aren't you supposed to be with your family ? "I questioned.
He smiled sheepishly.

"I told my father that I will be serving the king tonight"he giggled, grabbing me by my waist.

My hands were on his chest.
I glared at him but nevertheless,I liked that he wanted to spend time with me.
"I missed you"I whispered.

He looked at my eyes, intently.
"I missed you even more. "
And then all I remember was that we kissed like a zillion times.

Everytime either of us phlled away,as if some force would drive us to kiss again and again and again ; after a lot of kissing,we finally got tired and decided to sleep.

"Sleep with me tonight "I told him,my head on his chest.
"As you wish, princess"he replied.

"And don't leave till I wake up"I added .

He nodded and laughed.

I stood up from the bed to change my clothes. ( Not in front of him , obviously)

I wore a sleeveless gown due to the hot weather .
As I reached the bed,I saw Chanyeol hadn't put any shirt on.

His perfectly built  body was even better than what I imagined.
I went and laid beside him.His abs were prominent,making me want to touch them.

We both stared at the ceiling for a long time before any of us spoke.

"Have you ever thought about sleeping with me?"he asked.
I was puzzled.
"I am sleeping with you right now"I replied.

He Chuckled.
"I meant sleeping as in sex"

I was taken aback.
I've never thought about that . It was all new for me,even the least kind of physical affection.
Did he want to do it though? Maybe.

"I get it "he turned towards me before I could answer."you aren't sure"

I felt like he'd feel bad.
"I'm sorry but it's just all new to me "I said, caressing his cheek.

He smiled and kissed me again.
"There's a lot time to think about it. Don't worry. I was just wondering."

I sighed,relieved and hugged him.

"By the way..."he started. "I love you"

I smiled, my heart beating fast.
"I love you too ,yeol"
