Goryeo's Princess || Exo Chanyeol

Prologue

"Goryeo! My goodness,kid. No!" Chanyeol's father, General Park,yelled at him.
The poor ten year old Chanyeol simply wanted to go to the kingdom of Goryeo with his best friend,Prince Hyungsik but his father didn't allow.

"Why not,appa? All my friends are going there. Baekhyun,Minho hyung, everyone. Why can't I go?!" He demanded.
His father let out a frustrated groan.
"That kingdom is no good. It's cruel. The people are heartless. Goryeo might be the most famous kingdom and all but the people are bad . They only want power and money."he replied.

Chanyeol felt weird. His father was such a kind hearted,soft spoken person that it felt out of place when he said those words.
His father's words affected little Chanyeol a lot more than what his father could imagine.

"But...Prince Hyungsik is gonna be there ,now can I go?" Chanyeol said, trying a last time.
Chanyeol's ​Father was a knight,he was Prince Hyungsik's father's Knight,and Chanyeol wanted to be like his father,protecting the king of Silla. Prince Hyungsik was the heir of Silla and Chanyeol's father made sure to instill in Chanyeol that he HAD to protect Hyungsik at all cost,even his own life's.

"If he goes,than you can too. You have to protect him one day after all."his father said.
Chanyeol jumped in happiness and hugged his father.

"Saranghae appa!"he said as his father laughed ,but if only Chanyeol knew that his father was still a little scared to send him to Goryeo. His father was afraid that after ten years of leaving them, Chanyeol's mother might be brought back to the scene.

I wasn't really planning on writing a prologue but then I felt it would be absurd to just start off like that.
