You hear the doorbell ring. You run to the door. “Who's there?” You put your head near the door. No sound. “Anyone there?” You slightly open the door. You see a figure with dark clothing on. You look up. Kris. “Yah!” He starts pulling his mask down.
“Sorry. I am sick...”
“Oh sorry. Come in.”
“Gowamo.” He takes off his shoes and sits on the couch.
You go over to the kitchen. “Do you want anything? How did you get sick? Why aren't you at home?”
“Ani. Ani. Ani. Sit down.” He waves his hand. You follow and sit next to him. “I was playing basketball and it started to snow really bad. No one is home right now. I wanted to come cover and see you”
“Yah Oppa, are you sure you don't need anything? You look really pale.” You set your hand onto his forehead.
He grabs your hands and pulls it away. “Ani. Can I rest for a little bit?” He looks over and grabs a box. “Here.”
“Wae? What's inside?”
“Just look.” You look down at the box and start unwrapping it. You open the box to find a heart shaped chocolate in there.
“Yah Oppa, wae is there a....” you look over and find him asleep. You put your hand in his arm. “Oppa?” You look closer. “Oppa, you're really sleep, hmm?” He didn't respond. You get up and walk into your room. You grab a few fleece blankets. You come back out and put the blankets over him. You decide to cook him something once he wakes up. You decide to make juk, (porridge), and YooJacha, (citron tea).
After few hours, you rest on a different couch. You wake up hearing him talk. You slowly open your eyes and realize of the blankets were on you. You look across and find him sleeping. You close your eyes for a moment. You hear his voice again. You finally get up and watch him sleep.
“Jagiya..Yah Jagiya...”
“Wae?” He doesn't respond. He was sleep talking.
“Jagiya ...Yah Baobei. I got sick.” He starts coughing. “Can I come over? Honey...Jagiya..I got you a heart shaped chocolate. Won ai ni..Saranghae. I love you. Saranghaeyo..hmmm...” You walk over and sit next to him. “Jagiya...Baobei..Honey...”
“Pssh. Pabo.” You sit straight forward and try to sleep again. You get startled when you find his head near your shoulder. “Yah Oppa...”
“Hmm...”
“You are you awake?”
“I am trying to sleep. Wae? I smell food. Did you cook? Or delievery? Chicken?”
“I made juk and yoojacha.”
“Gomawo...” He wraps his arms around your waist. You rest you hands on his arms.
“Oppa, wae did you get me a piece of chocolate?”
“I gave you my heart pabo..” He sets your hand on his chest, over his heart.
“Yah...really, huh?”
“Mmm...”
“Aigoo. Arreso. Gomawo Oppa.”
He wraps his arms around tighter. “I'm hungry...”
