Twenty Eight

Demi woke up the next morning smiling when she felt Joe's strong arms around her, he was snoring quietly so she knew he was still asleep feeling his light breath on her hair everytime he exhaled. She snuggled more into him liking the feeling of being close by. She didn't regret what she shared with Joe last night, she knew she had loved him for a week now and was ready to peruse what she wanted to, show him that she loved him like he did with her. He was so gentle and kind, she wouldn't have had it any other way. She jumped slightly when she heard a voice.

"Morning gorgeous," She giggled slightly tilting her head back so he could peck her lips. "Are you sore?" Demi bit her lip gently nodding her head.

"A little bit but I don't regret it." She smiled as he pecked the corner of her mouth holding her tighter in his arms.

"I meant it when I said I love you Demi." Joe spoke Demi able to hear the sternness in his voice. She couldn't help but smile leaning over pecking what she could only presume was his chest, she could get used to hearing that.

"I meant it when I said I love you too Joe, your perfect." Demi replied.

"I just fell for you so quickly." Joe mumbled burying his head in her neck chuckling when he saw the goose bumps form on her bare skin. She begun to trace circles on his chest the two of them just embracing one another. They didn't need to be anywhere, they didn't need to worry about anything else but being with one another.

Demi squealed when Joe lifted her up Joe smiling, he set her down in the bath Demi moaning of relaxation as the warm water hit her skin. She relaxed down in the bath feeling Joe's arms leave the comfort of her body but he did lean over kissing her gently.

"I'll change the bed sheets and feed Jace, I'll be back to enjoy this bath with you," Demi smiled nodding her head gently. Joe wondered out into the bedroom stripping the bed then exiting into hall smiling when he saw Jace wake up from his slumber then jumping up at him. "Yeah you had the better idea and slept out here." He cooed petting the dog then making his way downstairs. He did a couple of chores for Demi like putting the sheets into the wash, washing up any dishes counting the tips. He made the bed then entered the bathroom seeing Demi laid back in the bath her eyes closed clearly enjoying the warmth.

"You got just under two hundred in tips last night." Joe stated as he slipped off his boxers Demi leaning forward so he could slip in behind her. They both laughed as the water over flowed the bath landing on the floor.

"Thanks for flooding my bathroom fatty." Demi grinned smiling as he locked his arms around her chuckling slightly.

"I'll clean it up later." Joe replied kissing her neck gently.

"Nick said he didn't even add any tips so I earnt them myself." Demi spoke tilting her head back so she would be looking at her if she had her sight. Joe smiled leaning down pecking her lips gently Demi giggling as he continued to do so. He would make sure that Nick hadn't put any in himself, he was thankful for what his brother had done but Demi wanted to this herself. If he put money in himself with no reason he knew she wouldn't want that.

"Then your closer to having this operation." Joe stated pecking her lips on last time feeling her hands come up to lay on his.

"Then we'll be a normal couple." Demi grinned but Joe couldn't help but frown, she didn't see them as a real couple just because she was blind.

"We're a real couple now Demi, even if you can't see me." Joe assured her.

"I just really want to see you." Demi admitted looking straight again, he didn't want to think about her reaction when she found out who he really was and that he had been lying to her.
