Set after the events of gunvolt 3, the adept population remains stable but a mysterious organization know as Dead Enders or Samsara has appeared in the city, resulting in the mass populace of adepts becoming enthralled and served a cult, though three new heroes has appeared to stop the dead enders

Drones : Tough but weak, the drones encircles around Roddy and they held the EX Weapons that the Samsara / Dead Enders powers it carries, they can be in rest mode when not in combat as it attaches itself to the portable opening of the bunker breaker
