There are termites in my house
They are eating up the walls
Devouring the foundations
Consuming the roof
The baseboards
The floor
Sometimes I see them
Sometimes they come in large clumps
Sometimes it's only one
Other times they come in lines
I can't afford an exterminator
I can't afford repairs
There are termites in my house
I can't get them out
I can't fix the damage
I can't afford a new house
There are termites in my house
I can't leave my house
I only have one
And it's infested
One day they'll eat too much
Then the house will crumble
One day the very house will eat me
Like the termites devouring the wood
The house will devour me
There are termites in my house
And I can't get them out
