"It's okay my love, let it all out"
Alma was curled in Lorelai's lap, her face hidden in the crook of the sirens neck. She was sobbing. Sobbing so violently she was gasping for breath and couldn't see. Alma's arms were clung tightly around Lorelai, desperate to keep her forever.
Lorelai looked down at her sobbing girlfriend and felt another stab in her heart. Seeing her so upset felt like having her heart ripped out and stamped on. She pulled the bird further into her chest and kissed the top of her head.
"You're okay sweetheart" She hummed "Everything is going to be okay"
