"Okay I have to admit." Kaitlyn said.
"What?" Selena asked.
"Your uncle Scott is hot and so is your mom!" She said.
"Dude its my mom and d-" I was about to finish when I realise what I was about to say.
"I was being honest. Something some of you all need to do." She said playing dumb not making eye contact with any of us. She's right though!
"She's right for once." Ava said suddenly.
"Hey!" She said.
"Maybe you both can start with sorry?" Selena said.
"Absolutely not!" I said.
"Over my dead body!" Ava said.
"Guys! Quit being babies and grow the hell up already!" Kaitlyn said.
"Its Ava whose playing the same trump card over and over again! Aren't she sick of it already!" I said.
"Maybe tell it to my grandmother! Oh wait, she's in a mental institution thanks to your grandparents!" She said.
"At least you have your grandmother!" I said.
"Do I? I already lost a mother and its like my grandmother's dead to!" Ava said.
"Yeah? Well at least you have a father!" I said.
"And you have a mother!" She said.
"Well technically Ronnie your bio father- I will shut the hell up." Selena said as I shot her the shut up eyes.
"What?" Kaitlyn asked.
"Great. Now everyone's gonna know how messed up my family is." I said.
"Like it isn't already bad." Ava said.
"Guys! Selena you were saying?" Kaitlyn asked.
"Katie?" I said confused. She's very business minding.
"Trust me, say it." Kaitlyn said looking at Selena in low voice.
"Scott Johnson and Brandon Johnson is brothers we all know of. But Veronica's mom Aria was pregnant after a one night stand, and later uncle Scott rejected her. Blah blah blah... aunt Ria and uncle Brandon met, fell in love and now its this whole... potato mess!" She said.
"Wow. Thanks." I said sarcastically. Ava's head turned slightly to us.
"And she hating you is..." Kaitlyn asked.
"No. That's a whole lot of a different situation. Only recently Ronnie found out about it... found out that Scott Johnson is her biological father." Selena said.
"I'm really sorry Ronnie, I didn't even know all that you had going through." Kaitlyn said rubbing my hand.
"Well I'm used to secrets being revealed, only this took a huge junk of me." I said.
"Ava's story, well we all know about hers." Kaitlyn said.
"Yeah." We all said.
"Now will you both apologize and forget it, maybe make up?" Kaitlyn asked. Both Ava and I was silent.
"Good gracious! Just apologize or say something already! You guys are acting like frickin preschoolers over a bloody crayon! Or two dogs on one frickin bone! Act your damn ages!" Selena said angrily. The rest of us was surprised at how upset she got.
"No you're right. Ava, I'm really sorry, I shouldn't have said all those things about your mom." I said turning slight to face her.
"I'm also sorry. I shouldn't have brought up another topic with your dad and your grandparents... I'm just- really stupid." She said facing me.
"You're not stupid, you're just being overprotective. I totally understand you." I said with a smile.
"Thank you." She said smiling back.
"Now hug it out." Selena said.
"Do we have-" Ava and I was cut off by Selena.
"Hug it out!" She yelled. Both Ava and I quickly stood up and hugged. I feel relieved hugging her. After breaking the hug we both looked at each other.
"Kiss now!" Kaitlyn said and we laughed.
"Hey. Don't y'all think our parents been in that room for a little too long?" I asked.
"Yeah. I'm gonna eavesdrop." Ava said.
"Ava!" Selena said.
"Yeah Ava! At least not without me!" I said.
"You-" Selena said as we all then went to the door and put our heads lightly against the wall and door.
"So its a deal?" Scott asked.
"What deal?" Kaitlyn whispered asked.
"Yes. Let's not make the girls know about this. After tonight, things seems a bit too far." Mr Benson said.
"What?" We all whispered said.
"Okay. Whatever was said can't leave this room at any cost! If we get caught that'll be problems!" My mom said.
"Caught? What the hell are they talking about?" Selena asked.
"Oh my God!" I said raising my head.
"What? Do you know something?" Kaitlyn asked.
"Are they talking about the explosion tonight?" I asked.
"Why would they talk about the explosion?" Ava asked.
"Guys.. what if Black Masked isn't a someone but a them?" I asked nervous and a little fearful.
"Impossible!" Selena said a little bit too loud. I heard footsteps coming towards the door.
"Crap!" I said. Ava then knocked on the door. And soon my mom opened it.
"Hey girls. Do you- you all need... some- something?" My mom asked stammering, which she only does when she's hiding something.
"Yeah. Uhmm... can we're suddenly a little hungry." Kaitlyn lied.
"You guys are?" She asked.
"Yes." Ava said.
"Very much!" Selena said.
"Okay. Seems like you two put your differences aside." She said looking at me and Ava.
"Yeah we- we did." I said.
"Okay, so uhmm... I'll go grab you girls some pizza and tomorrow you girls can come to our home if you still feel shaken up?" She asked and we nodded.
"Actually aunt Ria. Tomorrow we'll be going to visit our friends." Selena said.
"Well, I'll let Scott take you girls there and then bring you all back to our place for a while. At least until things calm down." She said and we nodded. She smiled before walking back in.
"Hungry? Seriously?" I asked as we walked back to the living room.
"What? I was nervous and food was the only thing on my mind. I ain't know about you all but I'm starved! Was so looking forward to some fancy crab cake or something at the party or tacos." She said and I laughed.
"Only you..." I said. I then recieved a text message. We all did at the same time and we had a pretty strong guess who it was. We looked at each other before looking at our phones.
