Veronica's POV....
After return back to the apartment we headed to my room. Kaitlyn was silent the entire drive home. I wonder what happened? The apartment was filled laughing and giggling. At least some of us are happy.
"Hey! You girls should freshen up and join us for dinner. Pizza will be here soon!" Selena said.
"We ate already." Kaitlyn said.
"You guys aren't joining us?" Selena asked.
"We're tired." I said before walking to our room.
"Are you sur-" Selena spoke but I stopped and turned around.
"What part don't you understand, that we don't want to join?!" I said angrily.
"Ronnie." Kaitlyn said as I stormed into the room with Kaitlyn following behind me.
"You didn't have to be that harsh." Kaitlyn said as we dropped our bags.
"She deserves worst." I said.
"Look, I don't know what happened between both of you but-" Kaitlyn started but I cut her off.
"And it's best you don't. You have enough in your plate as it is." I said before going to the bathroom. I slid down the door and sat on the floor sighing.
Flashback....
"Mom I miss you so much!" I said.
"I miss you too!" My mom Aria said.
"Selena?" My mother called stretching her hand out but Selena looked away.
"Selena?! Your aunt Ria is..." Kevin said but she cut him off.
"She's not my aunt anymore!" Selena said and I saw how hurt my mom was. I was so confused as well as everyone else.
"Selena what are you saying?" Aunt Ivy asked.
"She killed my uncle Brandon!" Selena said.
"Mom didn't kill dad! He jump in front of the bullet!" I said.
"No she pulled the trigger shooting him!" Selena said and everyone seemed shock and confused.
"Elna have you saw her pulled the trigger?" Uncle Scott asked kneeling down to her her level.
"I...I..." She seem hesitant to answer.
"Its okay. Don't be afraid...tell us. Yes or no? Did you see her?" Uncle Scott asked.
"I- I...." She said looking at everyone.
"Yes or no? Don't feel bad..." Michael asked.
"Yes! I saw her pull the trigger and killed uncle Brandon! She lied, he didn't jump in front of the bullet!" She said looking at my mom. The other two officers then pulled out their guns aiming it at my mother. Everyone was confused and shocked, I was so upset.
"The witness spoke." Uncle Scott said standing back up.
"Selena, what are you saying? Tell them the truth..." My mom said with tears in her eyes.
"This is the truth. You killed uncle Brandon." Selena said.
"Lie!" I said.
"Kevin? The camera footage?" My mother asked.
"It has been cut. It'll take some time to repair. I'm sorry, I'll get working on it." Uncle Kevin said.
"Until then, we're taking you back in custody." Michael said.
