"So... are we.." I asked as my head was on his chest, as we were both in our underwears under the covers.
"Yeah. I want us to be together. I don't care what happens to me." He said.
"Nothing ever will." I said kissing his lips.

Few Days Later....
Ever since that night, Jason and I were in a tight relationship. Daisy said she already knew we were meant to be together since she first saw us.
I haven't told anyone anything about me and Jason. I kind of feel bad for lying to Jordin but I can't risk it.
"So sad." Jordin said as me, her, Jillian her twin sister and Michelle was sitting in the park.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"You didn't hear the news of Alice Cupid?" Michelle asked.
"I haven't actually... what happened to her?" I asked.
"She's gone missing, and rumor has it she committed suicide in the forest." Michelle said.
"Michelle c'mon." Jillian said.
"Why would she commit suicide?" I asked.
"I heard she was dating this guy, and got pregnant and the guy dumped her." Jordin said.
"Damn... that's messed up." I said.
"Yeah it truly is. Anyways, I'm having a party down at my lake house this weekend, you know to kick off the winter break, you should totally come!" Michelle said. Our classmate went missing and she's throwing a party?
"Uhm... thanks, I'll think about it." I said and she smiled.
After the bell rang for class, we all headed back inside.

"What the heck?" I said.

End Of Flashback...
Present Time....
"And that same day, I got an anonymous text... and it so happened that weekend I got caught up in a bunch of work and couldn't go anywhere." I said.
"And what happened to the girls?" Ava asked.
"That's the same party where the Montgomery sisters and Michelle Durant went missing... not sure if they were found." I said.
"Damn it. So now we gotta find them?" Ava asked.
"Why?" Kaitlyn asked.
"Somehow they're tied to all this. Think about it... as they left, Selena got the message not to go from Black Masked..." Ava said.
"And how do we know they're not the ones behind all of this?" Kaitlyn asked.
"Why would they go through all that trouble to uninvite me, pretend to get kidnapped... and all for what? They have nothing against me, and if they did, you all have nothing to do with it." I said.
"Yeah exactly." Ava said.
"So how do we start looking for them?" Kaitlyn asked.
"We start from the last place they were at?" Selena asked and both girls looked at each nodding.

All three of us were walking down the staircase to the living room, thinking of a plan to escape.
"Even if we do escape, do you even know where the lake house is?" Kaitlyn asked.
"I probably might not remember but I'm sure there's someone else who might know." I said.
"Who?" Ava asked.
"A lot of people were presented there, one of them has to know." I said.
"How are you sure? What if everyone thought Michelle cancelled the party when really it was Black Masked whose behind everything?"
Kaitlyn asked.
"Okay two things, you gotta learn to start phrasing your sentences better and two... Michelle is like a queen bee get it, literally everyone would be there." I said.
"True I guess... but-" As Kaitlyn was about to speak, I cut her off mid sentence.
"Aso I know people was there a lot of murmurs was heard around the campus after winter break... Michelle and the Montgomery sisters were compared with Alice, they were actually the talk of the town for a few months." I said.
"Hmm.. how did I miss all of that?" Ava asked.
"Cause' you're Ava." I said and they laughed a little.
"So what now?" Kaitlyn asked.
"Firstly I get try to get the address of where that Lake house is and you two come up with a plan to escape here without being caught." I said.
"Got it. But what about Veronica?" Kaitlyn asked.
"As of now we keep Veronica and our parents out of the knowing just to be safe." Ava said.
"They will eventually find out we escape, only God knows how far that lake house is from here." Kaitlyn said.
"Good point. We tell them that us three will stay in my room, and if they come check up on us we'll leave a note." I said.
"Okay, so let's get to work." Ava said and we nodded.

Veronica's POV....
I know it hasn't been long since I came in here but it feels like forever. Gosh...I miss my old life, when my dad was around.
"Your dinner!" One of the guards said handing me a platter and bottle water.
"Thanks I guess." I said and he looked at me before leaving. I sighed before sitting back in a corner.
"The heck is this?! And is this supposed to be cheese?" I asked myself as I opened the bread. I then pulled apart my sandwich in half only to find a tiny note in it. What the-

"Son of bitch!" I said crumbling the note.
After finishing the terrible food, my lawyers came to chat. I was sitting in the same room I was in earlier when my mom and Kaitlyn came.
"So back from the top, you and the other three girls were invited by Ms Evelyn Park, and then coincidently you and those three friends left the house as soon as the incident occurred?" The lawyer asked.
"Yeah technically." I said.
"Veronica, I'm talking to you now as a family friend of your dad's, not your lawyer. So if there's anything, anything at all you're leaving out then you need to tell me, else I wouldn't be able to help you." He said.
"Mr Lewis, I am being honest. Everything happened out of coincidence. I wish I had proof or evidence to support my statement." I said.
"Okay so why did you four leave the uh.. party that night?" He asked. The heck am I supposed to say? I can't exactly mention Black Masked, else who knows what he or she will do if I say anything.
"We're girls Mr Lewis, I wanted some fresh air and I dragged Kaitlyn with me since she wouldn't stay in there alone, and Selena and Ava were already out walking around." I said.
"I feel like you're holding back something. Are you being threatened? If you are, it's safe to speak, nothing and no one will be able to hurt you here." He said.
"I'm not... I just spoke everything I know." I lied and he looked away sighing, clearly knows I'm lying.
