8 and a half months later
i've been miserable lately. my stomach is huge. we don't even know the gender. we didn't wanna know until the baby was born. josh and i are decorating the nursery. we decided on the color grey since it's neutral. we are painting the walls right now.
josh: ness take a break
you: no.
josh: i'll call my dad over to help build the crib and finish painting. go lie down or something
you: i'm fine josh!
he goes all quiet.
you: i'm sorry i didn't mean to yell at you
josh: it's ok baby
we finish painting. i go watch jordan who is almost 2 now while josh builds the crib.
you: jordan your gonna be a big brother!
he just keeps playing with his blocks while i laugh. an hour later i pick him up carrying him to the new baby's room.
you: it looks great babe
i smile and hug him. the room is all finished.
josh: we never did think of names yet. boy and girl
you: what ab carson? it could be both
josh: that's cute. what ab a boy middle name and a girl one
you: what ab carson michael richards. for a boy
josh: for a girl we could do.... carson jane richards?
you: i think they are perfect
i kiss him.
you: wow we are only 22 and in like 2 weeks we are gonna have two kids in all
josh: it's a little young but i don't care because it's with you.
i smile.
1 week later.
i'm in labor even though i'm a week early. josh was supposed to have a hockey game today but he couldn't go because he's here wt me. i've been sitting here in pain for hours.
josh's pov~
we have been here for hours and nessa is in so much pain. i hate to see her like that. and all i can do is hold her hand and tell her it's ok. i can't cuddle her because she's in the hospital bed and if the baby comes i can't be laying there. the doctors rush in as the baby starts coming. she grips my hand tighter.
doctor: we need you to push as hard as you can
she nods and pushes while screaming in pain.
josh: it's ok baby. breathe. breathe. i've got you
finally the baby is out and they take it back to clean it and swaddle it.
josh: baby you did it. it's done.
i lean down and peck her lips. they bring in our baby.
nessa: i- is it a boy or girl?
nessas pov~
doctor: it's a girl
josh looks at me smiling
josh: carson jane richards
it makes me smile so big. they hand her to me.
josh: she's beautiful and looks just like you.
i hold her with tears in my eyes and then hand her to josh.
you: w- we have a daughter and a son
josh: yes baby
i move over on the bed and josh sits with one arm around me and i hold carson. just then both of our parents come in. my dad hands josh jordan.
michelle: boy or girl?
you: girl
dad: so carson jane?
josh and i both nod.
josh: jordan this is your little sister carson
jordan just smiles before falling asleep on josh. i hand carson to john. they all take turns holding her. i place my head against josh rubbing his chest as he kisses my head. i facetime bryce.
you: hey
bryce: hey what's up?
josh and i smile as my mom hands me carson.
you: meet carson jane richards
bryce runs to what looks like the living room.
bryce: guys! it's a girl!!
everyone gets in and congratulated us.
charli: we are gonna come visit you guys soon
josh: that'd be awesome
mads: so this is all bc of me. once again. i talked wt ness i'm their kitchen ab this 10 months ago
she acts so proud of herself making me laugh.
jaden: damn so y'all got two kids and still are just engaged. it's been like 3 years
we laugh.
you: oh josh that reminds me
i look into his eyes. he's holding jordan and i'm holding carson.
