Crowley had never been to Purgatory. Every demon at some point serves a period of time in Purgatory, because it was the perfect opportunity to torture the poor souls trapped there. Crowley got out of it due to being on Earth for so long and he was fine with that. He had no stomach for that sort of thing.
But what he did know about Purgatory was that there were two doorways, one in Heaven and one in Hell. Crowley had already picked one.
Aziraphale was filling Adam in on the protection wards, the boundary and then the angel finally came downstairs carrying a tartan blanket in his arms.
Aziraphale met Crowley's questioning gaze with an answer, "She might be cold...when we find her..." He glanced upstairs. "We will find her won't we?"
"Of course we will angel. Don't worry about Bella, she is one of the best surgeons in London, if anyone can patch up Eden, it's her." Crowley reassured his husband.
