It's only been a month since the successful testing of the Nuclear reactor and yet already yet another breakthrough has been made. This time we're in Jerusalem at our other main Research Facility where they've been researching the formula for creating KANSEN and have succeeded in reverse-engineering the blue cubes upon which all KANSEN are based.
I swear, I have the most talented people working for me. They consistently outperform my expectations on a repeated basis though I suppose I have VestalM to thank for the rapid breakthrough on this front as she brought with her immense knowledge surrounding the inner workings of KANSEN.
Ariel: Y-your Majesty! Welcome.
Me: Ariel, you look lovely as ever.

Elijah: Could you stop fawning over the Empress already? You were just like this the first time you met her!
Ariel's attitude shifts so suddenly it's as if the very air also grows icy cold as she looks down on Elijah as though he's something worst than shit but the latter ignores her glare in favour of having the rest of the staff get ready. I'm surprised these two have managed to work so well together given how they treat each other every time I'm around but who am I to judge?
Ariel: Ignore him, Your Majesty. Are you ready to get started?
Me: Please do.
She nods, changing into her overcoat before stepping onto a black console on the floor. As soon as she does, the lights go out and holographic screens appear all around her.

We all watch in silence as she proves just why she's one of our top scientists, multitasking with such finesse that even my eyes can't keep up with the movement of her fingers.
PA: Initiating fusion.
We watch as a blue cube is formed in the chamber before us not too differently from the creation of the miniature sun our other laboratory had created but this time it isn't encased in shielding but rather the minute it stabilises rings appear around it.

There's a bright flash of light. When it clears, a girl is standing in place of the cube which is nowhere to be seen.

Elijah: She's been modelled after one of our staff's children with a few creative tweaks to make her unique. What do you think?
Me: Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Have you created any more?
Elijah: We have another who's currently undergoing trials.
He leads me to another room while Ariel greets the newly formed girl. When we get there, I'm surprised to see VestalM doing the checkup on the girl he'd mentioned. This one seems a lot more conventional which leads me to believe that the other girl they'd just created was an improvement over what this girl is.

That being said, I wonder how strong they are in comparison to our current girls.
Elijah: This one is Lila Decyrus, a combination of two of our engineers as a means of honouring them.
Me: Honouring them?
Elijah: They died after exposure to the radiation the fusion initially creates after entering the room to cut the power flow to the cube during our first test. Their actions saved the lives of everyone in the lab at the time and allowed for the test to succeed in the creation of this young lady but at the cost of their lives.
Me: I see. I remember hearing about it in one of the monthly reports a while back but hadn't gotten the chance to pay my respects since we were caught up with the incident in Shanghai at the time.
Elijah: Yes. I'm honestly surprised you managed to come at all. From what I've heard you've been quite busy as of late.
Me: Haha.
It's true. Though the expedition proved a success, we ultimately withdrew our forces after Eagle Union made a formal request for such though not before handing control of Shanghai back to the Sakura Empire and having our Air Force carry out long-range bombing of all the Dragon Empery's major bases. From what Vanguard told me of all that took place, the Dragon Empery will most definitely think twice before messing with us in the future though perhaps Roon went a bit over the top. Not that I care. After all, that is why I sent her.
Me: I've decided on what to do with these girls you've created so far. I'd like you to create four more, two of which should be carriers.
Elijah: As you wish. We need to carry out more research on the entire process in any case so this'll provide us with the opportunity.
Me: Lila will remain here in Jerusalem. She'll be the first KANSEN specifically assigned to the protection of the region.
Elijah: You mean you're allowing her to remain with us?
Me: Yes. However, I'll be taking Kala Ideas with me back to Berlin. When the others are created, they'll also be assigned to the protection of Jerusalem and the greater Israel region at large. However, unlike Lila who will remain a permanent member of the defensive force stationed here, the others may be reassigned in the future.
Elijah: I understand, Your Majesty...
He pauses, clearly contemplating whether he should continue before ultimately committing.
Elijah: Thank you.
Me: Good. Now then, I think its time I meet the girls.
