Dirty Little Secret (Statehouse Super Heroes/Villains AU/California x Nevada)
California is a hero and Nevada is his arch nemesis, heroes aren't supposed to be in love with the villain. Nevada, DC, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts team up. Utah gets Texas, California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Maryland to team up with him to stop them. Along they way they drag New York, Florida, Louisiana, and Georgia into it.
