sophiaxsmith Last night was more magical than I ever thought possible. I am so proud of what @OneBloodlineUK have been doing in regards to rare blood diseases. They've given me so much hope for my own family members as well as the countless others who are also battling this. We truly are one.
I also want to give a huge thank you to one of my best friends, @liampayne, who was the one who really encouraged me and supported me as I shared my personal experiences and told him how much I wanted to one day be involved in something that could help the world. He's been by my side through it all and I'm so honored to have him in my life.
And I want to most importantly thank all the families who came out last night to support the charity event. It's still doesn't feel real that I met so many of you and had the chance to hear your stories of fight and survival. You are all truly remarkable and you'll always hold a place in my heart ❤️
Christmastime is quickly approaching and I hope you all get to be surrounded by the ones you love and spend quality time together.
