Chapter one hundred and seventeen
"Being in a movie."
And since then, Caroline had gotten the part in the movie as Miss Hannigan where she was filming non stop, and because of that she really had no idea what was going on back home with the glee club, but Becca did, she knew that the warblers had joined the new directions and she wasn't about to tell Caroline that when she had everything good going for her, but she was on her way to help them as her and Maddie Ziegler were on a plane to Ohio.
While Caroline was back on set standing in an apartment building, she looked like a hot mess, as she stood in the room, looking at the five young girls were standing in with expensive clothes on all ranging from different ages "you don't deserve it!" she voiced "yes, we do! It's from our friend!" the oldest of them all told her, as Caroline scoffed "she's not your friend! And neither is Mr Stacks!" she voiced, pretending to throw money "they're all just a bunch of parasites that'll suck the life out of you and move on once you're not the shiny new toy in the factory anymore." she told them, turning to leave.
"Your being mean." the youngest told her, as Caroline quickly turned back around "I'm being educational." she told her, lunging toward's her, making the little girl step back "now pack it up!" Caroline voiced, motioning her hand toward's them "you look ridiculous." she added on, as she turned walking out of the room, and slamming the door shut behind her and as she did, she then tripped, having supposed to been drinking before this seen as she fell, she quickly stood up and turned opening the door behind her, pointing at them all "I didn't fall." turning back around and shutting the door, she heard the girls giggling.
As she walked into the living room, she changed the tv station and as she did, it turned to someone playing the piano, the little girls started singing, as Caroline went over and fell back onto the couch.
"Hee hee hee hee hee
Ha ha ha ha ha."
Although when she did, the sound of something squeaking could be heard underneath as she stuck her hands behind her head and pulled something out from underneath the pillow, holding it up to her face, she saw it was some kind of toy.
"Hee hee hee hee hee."
Caroline then huffed as she started singing.
"Little girls, little girls
Everywhere I turn I can see them."
She then threw the toy across the room, purposefully hitting the wall, as she sat up.
"(Ha ha ha ha ha)
Ugh!"
She then got up and began walking back to the hallway.

She turned the lights on and as she did, she heard laughter.
"(Hee hee hee hee hee)."
She then turned back to the living room.
"Get out of here!"
She yelled, yet nothing was there, as she turned around, heading Into the kitchen as she sang.
"I should be anywhere but here
On the planes, on the stage or MTV
But I find myself here at the Snot House."
She then hit a stuffed animal off the fridge, as she then turned to the coat rack seeing things there that didn't belong as she began throwing them.
"Little shoes, little socks
Please kill me, I'm serious

She then walked away and turned to the left heading down the hallway as she ran her hands through her hair.
"Locked in a cage with all the rats
I've slipped in the cracks."
Then she walked forward and as she looked at the coat rack, the little girls were in the coats hanging from it as she moved them across.
"And now I'm stuck with the scraps and I can't seem to find my way ba-ack."
She then turned heading into another room as she spun around.
"Get me out, get me out of here
I'm ready for stardom after all these years."
She then she passed the kitchen, closing an opening cabinet on her way.
"I'm done with little girls!
I wanna be someone in this world

She then made it back to the living room, she went to sit in her chair, and as she did, the two oldest were kneeled down next to it .
"Little girls, little girls
Everywhere I turn I can see them."
Grabbing her drink cup, she went to take a sip of it but it was empty, as she huffed, throwing it away.
"(Ha ha ha ha ha)
Ugh!"
She stood up and began to walk off, looking at a poster of herself from when she was on tour.

Night and day I eat, sleep and breathe them."
She then heard laughing again as she turned to the living room.
"(Hee hee hee hee hee)
Get out of here!"
She yelled but they weren't there anymore, spinning around, she began heading down the hallway again and as she did, the little girls were causing chaos around her.
"Yes, I wanna tear my hair out
I should be famous, a part of history
But I find myself here at the Snot House

Stopping at the window to the fire escape, Caroline looked around her.

She opened the window and climbed out of it "cut!" the director called and when they did, Caroline then climbed back through it and as she did, she began heading away and as she did, the girls then all ran up to her, laughing and when they did, Caroline huffed "no more giggling!" she voiced, making them all laugh as they hugged her.
Meanwhile back in Ohio, Becca and Maddie had landed and when they did, it was later then they expected as the two quickly headed to McKinley high, they ran through the hallways and made it to the choir room, where everyone had done show circle "wait, wait!" Becca voiced, as Mr Schuester, Blaine and Kurt turned to her and when they did, Becca let out a breath "before you all get to excited, no, Caroline is not here, she's back in LA filming Annie but I didn't come back empty handed, cause I brought someone very special to Caroline." she shared, as she stepped out of the way "one, Miss Maddie Ziegler. Who will now be apart of your team, thanks to one Caroline Hudson." she shared.
And as she did, Maddie waved to them "in all honesty, I'm probably not as prepared for a show choir competition as you guys but where ever you need me, I'm here." she told them, as Mr Schuester nodded "great!" he voiced, and as he did, Roderick walked toward's her "actually, we have the perfect spot for you." he told her, and as he did, Maddie furrowed her brows.
Where Becca was then sitting down and watching them with Mr Schuester, Kurt and Blaine "and now from your very own William McKinley high, the new directions!" the announcer voiced, as the crowd cheered, the curtain opened and Roderick could be seen standing there, as the others hummed in the back on the steps, Roderick began singing.

Jane then sang with him as the new directions sang backup.

As the curtain came up revealing the others behind him, as he sang, the others walked down to meet him.

The crowd then cheered and as they did, the new directions then switched off where it was just Madison in front and the warbler boys as the lights flashed, Madison started singing.

Then Kitty walked up with the other warblers as Madison walked off, she sang.

They all then sang and as they did, Maddie then came running out into the audience in full music video for chandelier attire as she began doing the dance, they all turned to her and Becca smiled.

Madison then sang, as all of the new directions minus Spencer were on stage.

Then Maddie ran off, and as she did, Spencer then came swinging in on stage on a giant chandelier, as Jane sang with Kitty.

The crowd then cheered, as all the new directions were then standing on the steps, they all were harmonizing as Mason started singing.

And as they walked down the steps, Spencer then walked up, joining them.

He then sang with Madison.

Mason then sang with Maddie and the new directions.

The crowd then cheered, as everyone stood up, Becca looked to Sam and when she did, the two knew even though Caroline wasn't there, she would be proud of these kids.
Then soon, Becca was standing on stage with Mr Schuester, Blaine and Kurt next to the new directions, as Sue and vocal adrenaline were up there with them along with the third team "before we announce the winners, a quick message from our sponsor, Waynes wafflehosue is where to spend your Sundays." the announcer said, as the audience cheered "and now, in third place, from John James auutobon institute for rehabilitation ornithology, the falconers!" the announcer voiced, as the audience cheered, the falconers grabbed their statue and moved on.
"I swear if vocal adrenaline wins run by Sue herself, Caroline will not step foot in Ohio every again!" Becca voiced "and now without further ado, the winner of this years sectionals is.." the announcer said, as Becca closed her eyes "the new directions!" the announcer voiced, and when he did, all of them cheered, as Kitty walked up grabbing the trophy, Becca looked up at the sky "your sister did it, Finn." she said, and when she did, she looked down and saw everyone cheering around her "let's go celebrate!" she yelled "yeah!" they all voiced, as they all ran off the stage and headed off.
Meanwhile back in Ohio, as Caroline walked to her car, Jesse was standing there waiting for "so, you know, your team won sectionals." he told her, and as he did, Caroline hummed "of course they did because unlike vocal adrenaline, we actually care about what were putting out rather then just wanting to get another trophy." she told him "ow! Ouch! You know I sense a bit of life death teen adrenaline drama in that comeback. I thought that was supposed to be like what? A million years ago, now?" Jesse asked her, and as he did, Caroline furrowed her brows "you say that but it seems to me that you're the one who misses? Cause to be honest, coaching is not as performing as it seems." she shared.
And as she did, Jesse laughed "yeah, I know! And you're the one who reminded me of that when you dragged me away before making a fool of myself on stage." he shared, and when he did, Caroline laughed "well, hey, if things had been different maybe I would've went to Carmel high and I would've been singing and dancing to some medley on stage with you and everything would've been normal compared to what we really had." she shared, moving a piece of hair out of her face and when she did, Jesse looked at her with furrowed brows "had?" he asked, pushing off the car and walking toward's her.
"Had is past tense, Hudson." he told her, and as he did, Caroline chuckled, looking up at him "and what should I say then, Mr James?" she asked, and when she did, Jesse moved the piece of hair that kept falling her face out of it "I would like you to say what you and I both know is the truth, because we may keep moving away from each other but in the end we always come back to each other, and I believe that you becoming a rising movie and potentially tv or broadway star right by my side under whatever city sky that I want to be by your side through it all, for real this time. No more running away. No more hesitation. I want me and you forever. If you'll have me?" he asked her.
And when he did, Caroline smiled, and instead of saying anything, she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled Jesse down toward's her kissing him, and when she did, Jesse picked her up and spun her around.
