I was sitting by the stairs of the World Tree looking at the sky when I saw Leafa login.
Maverick:Hey Leafa!
She turned around and walked up to me while I stood up.
Maverick:Hey,how're you feeling?
Leafa:I'm fine,thanks.
Recon:Leafa?
We both turned to Recon who saw us standing there.
Recon:Uh,Hi!Y-you know,i've been looking all over for you.
Leafa:Wait...what are you doing here?I thought the Salamanders caught you.
Recon:Yeah well,I sorta poisoned them all.
Leafa:You poisoned all of them?No way!
Recon:Big time!And after I got away,I came here.Wait,where's the other Spriggan that was with you?
Maverick:Recon,you know we have names right?
Recon:Sorry!M-Maverick! I just......it's a habit.
Maverick:It's fine man.
Recon:Anyways, what happened to the other Spriggan?
Leafa:Oh I uh,I said something mean to him.It wasn't cool,and I shouldn't have said it.It was stupid of me.
She started to tear up and noticed that we were staring at her.
Leafa:Oh,never mind.I'm just being weird.I'm not gonna see him anymore and Maverick I probably shouldn't see you anymore.
Maverick:Oh uh,if that's what you want.I'm gonna stop you.
Leafa:Come on Recon,let's go back to Sylvain.
Recon:Don't cry like that......
Leafa:What?
Recon:You shouldn't be crying like that!
Leafa:Uh...sorry?
Maverick:He's right you know.
Leafa:What?Maverick I-
Recon:The Leafa I know was always smiling
and happy!And I well...i'll never leave you like that!I'd stay with you always!
Leafa:Um.....
Maverick:Wait is this gonna be....
Recon:I-I er Leafa!I mean Suguha....I love you!
Maverick:YOOOOO!!!!
Leafa:You what?!
He tried to go for a kiss but Leafa pulled back.
Leafa:Wait don't do that!No!What are you doing?!
She punched him in the gut and he flew down the stairs.
Maverick:Damn,shot down with a M60......
Leafa:A-are you okay?
Recon:Oh....where did I go wrong?After everything I said and done I thought all I had to do was use my guts to confess my feelings to you.....
I walked down the stairs and put my hand on his shoulder.
Maverick:Doesn't matter Recon,you may have lost now but the battle isn't over maybe a couple of years later you can try again and maybe she'll say yes.Or,you might have to move on.
