i headed for my room as soon as we got home but brendon grabbed my hand.
"we need to talk" he said.

"theres nothing to talk about" i sniffled.
"i heard what you said"
"it didn't mean anything"
"i saw you crying!"
"its not a big deal!"
"it is! i heard my child say that they dont want to be alive anymore!"
"brendon please i-i dont want to do this right now" i whispered, knowing i was about to cry again.
"alexa" he pulled me into his arms and i sobbed. "it breaks my heart to see you like this"

he insisted on keeping me company in my room. i kept refusing but he wouldn't take no for an answer.
"what do you do in here?" he asked as he followed me inside. i literally spent the whole day in here.
"you really wanna know?" i looked at him and giggled.
he grinned. "yeah"
"well...i re organise 24/7" i showed him my vinyl rack.
"wait i swear you put it in colour order" he said.
"then release date. then alphabetical. then of which one i got. currently its artist but im thinking of switching it to favourites"
"this is weird but" i went on my phone and pressed shuffle on spotify. i write sins not tragedies played. "me and my friends mouth to songs and send them to each other" i smirked.
"show me" he grinned and we sat on my bed. "okay"

"basically..." i pressed record on snapchat and mouthed to the song and kept zooming in and out. "that was shit. but i have better ones" i went onto my camera roll and showed him my other ones.
"this is the cutest shit i've seen all day" he giggled at all of them.
"oooh whats this?" he snickered.
"brendon no!" i snatched my phone back. brendon was cackling with glee.
"you were not supposed to see that!" i went red.
"it's okay" he laughed.
"so what? shes my girlfriend!" i stammered.
"alexa, your body your choice. not my business" he replied.
"youre right..." but then he started laughing again.
