Some things characters may do when they're injured:
1 - heavy/harsh/ragged breathing
2 - panting
3 - making noises of pain:
-gasping
- grunting
-hissing
- groaning
- whimpering
- yelping (when the injury is inflicted)
- screaming
- shrieking
- wailing
4 - crying/weeping/sobbing etc.
5 - clenching their teeth
6 - unable to speak
7 - pressing their hands against the stab wound/cut to try and stem the bleeding
8 - eyesight going out of whack (vision blurring and tilting, the room spinning, black spots consuming sight)
9 - eyes rolling into their head
