⚠️ Caution: Read at Your Own Risk The 48 Laws of Power isn't a regular self-help book - it's a glimpse into the hidden rules that shape the world. Some lessons are sharp, cunning, even ruthless. Handle them carelessly, and you could make enemies or stir envy. ⚫ But that's the point. It's not about cruelty; it's about seeing clearly, understanding human nature, and moving through life with strategy. Each law is a tool - clever, sometimes sneaky - to protect yourself, influence others, and stay ahead. Step into this world if you dare. Watch, learn, adapt, and move wisely. 🕯️

To keep myself from losing track of: all the 2025 contests I've entered, all the 2025 contests I've volunteered myself as a judge (or let myself be volun-told into judging), all the 2025 books I've had to read as a contestant or as a judge, all the 2025 deadlines, and all the other important stuff, here is a book that registers all these 2025 things in a somewhat organized fashion. With occasional commentary. Nota bene: Although other people are welcome to browse my public contest logs and look for contests, look for information about details of contests (i.e. you want me to pour you some tea), etc, these contest logs are primarily for my own use. I enter so many contests that I can't keep track of them without a log. I forget important details, too, including things like "Note to self: You do not get along with this contest host, best not participate in their contests." Like my 2024 contest log, this was never meant to be an "expose" book. I'm not exposing anybody. Contests are matters of public record, as are any comments made in the contest books. I'm just a ditz who needs a written log to keep track of everything. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my shoulders. I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY POETRY AND PROSE BEING USED TO TRAIN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Jamie Saunders is an immature, fun-loving and crazy gal. She also happens to be a college student on summer break. For summer, she plans on partying all night, hanging with friends and getting absolutely hammered. But, when a hot and sexy new neighbour takes residence in the apartment right next to hers, he ends up ruining her plans. Throw in an annoyingly persistent ex (which includes pretending to date someone you don't exactly get along with so he'll leave you alone), some disapproving parents and the hard task of finding her best friend a boyfriend. Oh yeah, it'll definitely be an exciting summer.... ********** All Rights Reserved.

Ever stared at a blank canvas until your soul left your body? Had a client ask you to "make it pop" and died a little inside? Been told to "be more creative" by someone whose idea of art is a corporate flowchart? Welcome to the resistance. This isn't your professor's design textbook. This is the book for everyone who's tired of the rules, tired of the pretentious jargon, and tired of taking creative advice from people who think Comic Sans is a personality. In The Design Heretic's Handbook, you'll discover: • How to break the "golden rules" without ending up with a design crime scene • A simple system for choosing fonts that don't look like a Microsoft Word default • What to do when clients give feedback that sounds like a rejected horoscope • How to use AI without becoming its boring intern • Why creative block is a lie; and how to kick its ass No theory. No fluff. Just real, usable methods for creating killer work without losing your mind...or your sense of humor. If you've ever wanted to design like a boss, laugh at the absurdity of it all, and maybe...just maybe, enjoy the process again... you've come to the right place. Read if you're: A designer, artist, creative, or chaotic good soul who's done playing by someone else's rules.
