Darry's P.O.V

It's been two weeks here in the Socs territory and I can tell Dawn is having a rough time, not good for Alice and Jacob. I'm in the kitchen when Dawn busts throw the door

"I-I can't take it! I'm done with all this bullshit!" She yells.

"Baby, baby what's wrong?" I try to comfort her but she's crying and pulling away.

"Darry, I want to go home." She chokes between tears

"I'm not a Soc and you are not either we need to go home, now." I see it in her face, with her ever growing tummy. theres a knock at the door and Dawn goes running up the stairs, i open the door to see Sodapop.

"Darry!"

Sodapops P.O.V

I pull Darry in an embrace and he pulls me in too.

"Oh, Darry," I start to cry.

"I screwed up"

"It's alright kid brother. Come sit on the couch." He says. We sit on the couch and I tell him the story

"Why?" He asks after a minute.

"I have know idea and get this," I start to say nervous about his answer

"Noel's pregnant." I finish as I hear someone at the stairs to see a radiant Dawn with her grayish blue eyes

"S-She's pregnant?" Dawn finally spits out. I nod my head and she falls to the ground screaming, Darry pulling her up.

"Shhh baby," Darry says.

"We will go back for Noel."

Darry P.O.V

I decide we need to go back, Dawn's struggling to get by and we don't need Alice and Jacob to be under stress.We start to pack and I stop to look at Dawn, her 6 month baby bump popping out, this is my family.

"Dawn?" I ask and she looks at me.

"When are we gonna trade out these promise ring t-to," i stutter "wedding rings?"
