"What do you mean immunity? May virus sila sa katawan pero wala silang symptoms at hindi sila namamatay? Parang di affected?" tanong ni Sav na nakatanaw pa din sa bintana at sinisilip if there are any signs of Jordan and Herschel.

"Exactly. The Avian flu virus is now dispersed all over the world, thanks to the migratory birds and airline companies. But it seems like these infected birds are just a carrier. Walang nangyayari na kakaiba sa katawan nila, except for their reddish eyes. Some scientists think that this Avian virus type is weak as these birds are not affected with the virus itself."

When the news about Avian Flu started, Herschel asked me to avoid any contact with birds or avoid eating any poultry products na hindi fully cooked. Akala ko nagbibiro lang siya, pero mukhang seryoso pala siya.
