Malia's POV

I was sitting on the edge of my bed as Jeneil painted my toes , Aaliyah entered the room with my gown , shoes and two other women dressed in black with kits in their hands . Jeneil looked up at me and mouthed ' Be nice ' , I faked a smile at her,

"Aaliyah , who are these women ? " I asked going through my phone

" Your make up artist and hairstylist Ms.Rose " she spoke and I nodded

" They can settle in the corner of the room , place my gown on my bed " I said then got up waddling trying not to smudge my toes . Jeneil spoke ,

"You actually did my nails pretty good " She was looking at her nails , I laughed and spoke

" Psh it's me , go by the ladies to get your make up and hair done love " I walked into the bathroom getting Jeneil's gown and hung behind the door and walked back out.

My phone began to rang and I waddled to the bed stand then I answered it ,

" Malia here " I spoke as I sat by the hairstylist

" You coming ?" As soon as he spoke , I glared at aaliyah and signaled her to come

" No Damien , stop calling me " I said nicely

" I have no feelings for you please stop " I semi-yelled grabbing Jeneil's attention

" Bab-(gco) "

I hung up and my wrath was about to be releashed .

" Aaliyah , what did I say about Damien ?"

She was silent , I inhaled deeply and released a loud exhale.

"Continue doing my hair " I said to the lady.

" Malia.." Jeneil spoke softly , I ignored her and kept my head straight , I wiped the tears that rolled down my cheek .
My make up was finished soon after , I was silent whole night but I loved the work done by the ladies.

I thanked them and got out the chair then walked to the bed , " Jeneil , could you just help me slide into this dress please " I spoke softly

She smiled at me , then spoke "You look beautiful Mali " and proceeded to help me get into the dress. I looked amazing , I took a picture for the gram with the caption " Black is Beautiful " .
