Day two in this crowded house, even Ethan and Nathan struggle a little to find a place to be, so they stay in their room most of the time. I don't blame them, I kind of do the same, but I spend my time most with those two and my creatures. When someone is not stealing them away from me though, but now they are sleeping deeply in the crib together. While I am sitting in the room with the boys, playing monopoly on the floor. We have been here for a long time, and it makes me a little worried that Sky hasn't come looking for us, but I guess she is fine down stairs.

"What was that?" Ethan asks after the sound of something breaking below us.

"I-I don't know," I try to listen, but can't hear anything.

"Probably nothing." I shrug and roll the dice.

"HUNTER!" I jump of the sound of my name being yelled by Luke. This can't be good.

"You should go to the bathroom and brush your teeth, it's late." I tell them as I stand up. They both sigh.

"Let the game stand so can we play the rest tomorrow." I say and they both smile as I walk out the door and run down the stairs. Seeing an upset Luke.

"What is it?" I ask worried as I meet his despaired brown eyes.

"Skylar is..."

"OUCH!" I turn to the sound of Sky's angry voice in the kitchen.

"Drunk." Luke finish and I move past him and find my wife sitting in a chair, where Rachel tries to make her sit still. While drying away the blood on her hand. That explains the sound. I rub my tired eyes with my hand, before bending next to Sky.

"Hi, Hunti." She says, grinning brightly.

"Hi, honey," I smile.

"How is your hand?" I ask worried as her mother keep on drying it.

"She has a little cut, but it would be just fine." Rachel smiles to me as she wraps a little bandage around her daughter's hand.

"I come back when I put the boys to bed, okay?" I say and Sky nod, like a little kid.

After making sure the boys are sleeping and not playing, I am looking for Sky. She was not in the kitchen.

"Paula, have you seen Skylar?" I wonder as I search for Sky in the living room.

"No, but the front door was open minutes ago, maybe..." My eyes widen as I rush towards the door and look around for her out in the dark. I find her walking around in the snow and I step out to her barefoot.

"Skylar!" I say irritated, and meet my grinning wife.

"Hi, honey." She says and I roll my eyes as I take her by the arm.

"Come on." I say dragging her after me and inside again. Now my feet are freezing cold.

"You are going to bed." I say annoyed as I step up the stairs with my drunk wife, but stop as I feel her slip out of my hand.
"It's too early!" She yells and I put my hand over her mouth to keep it shut.

"The kids are sleeping!" I mutter harsh, and it makes her nod. So I take my hand away from her slowly and stumble up the stairs again.

"Why did you drink?" I ask as I stop in front of our room and watch her with my blue eyes.

"Because I wanted to." She chuckles and I take a deep breath as I open the door. We step in quietly so we won't wake up Jace and Andi. Sky sits down on the bed and I take off her socks and pants. While listening to her keeping her laugh inside. I shake my head as I drag off her sweater.

"I love you, Hunti." She whispers as I lay her down.

"I love you too." I smile, before seeing if Jace and Andi are still sleeping, which they are. I kiss them on the top of their heads. Then I lay down next to Sky on the bed.

"Oh, my god." Sky almost yell as I wrap my cold feet with her warm.

"It's your fault." I say as she leans in and bury her cheek in my chest, but I turn around showing her my back. I am too annoyed, by her joking around to show her any kind of affection. I roll around as I feel her move her hand under my shirt on my back.

"What are you doing?" I ask irritated as I look into her brown eyes.

"Nothing." She mutter as she turns her back to me. I sigh as I lay back down again moving my arm over her. She does not say anything so I kiss her on the back of her head, as I hold her tightly.

"I love you." I lightly say to her, because I do, even if I might be a little upset about her now. She shouldn't have been drinking, because she knows we have four kids to take care of in the morning. Well, she has taken care of them for almost two months now without me, but with help from her parents. Still, there is no need to be feeling horrible tomorrow, when we are on a visit.

Still, I love her.
