19. That sounds very good

29 weeks, and I have never seen my wife cry so much before. She can't sleep at night, because they kick almost every minute. Her groaning makes me not sleep as well. It hurts to listen, and I don't know when it was the last time I slept more than three hours at night.

"I'm sorry, honey." I say as I move her to lay her on the back. Moving up her shirt and kiss her stomach.

"I told you two to be nice to mom." I say as I move my hands on her big belly. Listening to her moaning in pain.

"I feel like a punching bag." She says almost growling. We hear a knock on the door.

"Hunter?" I hear one of the boys say.

"Yes, you can come in." I tell and then both of them come. They look worried.

"It's okay." I say, smiling and they both jump into the bed.

"Does it hurt?" Nathan asks. They look at little pale as they watch Skylar in pain.

"Yes," She says as I help to turn her on the side looking at us, and she breathes out.

"That was a little better." Sky tells us and it makes me breathe out as well. I take the tears away from her cheeks. I feel so hopeless, because there is not much I can do. She cup my cheek and I meet her eyes.

"You are biting your cheeks." She says worried. I can't stop, even though they are so sore that eating hurts.

"I know, honey." I say and kiss her hand.

"It is awful looking at you in pain." I tell her and she leans in to kiss my forehead.

"It's fine now." She promises me with her brown eyes.

"Good." I smile.

I wake up to something cold touching my nose, only to find small feet next to me. It makes me snort, but smile as I see that the clock is around eleven in the morning. Can't remember the last time I woke up that late, and it feels good. Then I see the feet moving and I met brown eyes as Nathan lies down next to me.

"Hi." He whispers, and I lean in to kiss his forehead.

"Hi, to you too buddy." I say, smiling to wake up with them all in one bed. Then he leans up and back down again.

"Skylar is sleeping." He whispers and I can't but smile.

"That sounds very good." I tell him and see Ethan lean his head on his brother's chest.

"Hi." I say to him too.

"Can we make breakfast?" He asks with his pleading voice, and he start to pout. They both do that when they want something.

"Of course we can. What do you say to make pancakes? For Sky?" I ask and they both nod with widened eyes. After she got pregnant, she has eaten pancakes like a maniac, and can't get enough. I had to cut it off. Well, just eating pancakes is not very good. She was so angry that the boys run out in the garden. Those traitors left me alone with my fury wife. Took a day before she talked to me after that. I felt awful for it, but someone had to do something. She ate it every day and for every meal. I swear she almost threw one at me, when I told her to stop. Now, I think it is the right time to make them again. Since we finally have the energy to do it and that Sky is sleeping.

Skylar comes into the kitchen with a huge grin on her face. It's been a while since I have seen that.

"I love you so much." She says, wrapping her arms around my neck, and I put my hands on her belly. There is still no movement, so they must still be sleeping.

"You should eat before they start kicking again." I recommend. She moves back and nod.

"Yes, you are right." Sky says and lean in to kiss me lightly.

"Hunter! We need to turn!" Ethan says watching the pan for me.

"One the way." I say and stand next to him.

"Do you want to do it?" I ask and his eyes lighten up as he nods. He tries to turn it, but it gets torn apart.

"I'm sorry." He says and sigh of disappointment.

"Why are you sorry, Ethan?" I ask. I know why, but I want to hear him say it.

"Because I broke it." He tells me.

"Are you sure?" I ask as I take it off the pan and take off a piece of it. Then give it to him. He takes it and eats it.

"Does it taste broken?" I wonder with a crooked smile.

"No, but..."

"It doesn't matter how it looks, Ethan. As long as you like it. Do you think we would love you less if you broke something?" I ask him, and it looks like he got it.

"No, I don't think so." He says and it makes me snort. Then I pick him up over my shoulder and tickle him.

"Of course we wouldn't love you two any less," I say amused while he is laughing and I put him down on the chair to the table.

"We love you two." I sit down next to Sky.

"We will always love you," She says, smiling to all of us.

"Because you two make the best pancakes." She tells us and moan, which makes us all laugh.

"How long it is left until they come?" Nathan asks, looking at Skylar.

"Around forty-nine days." She smiles and they both sigh. They look so forward to see them, as much as Sky and me. Ethan and Nathan can't barely wait any longer, and they hope it will be two boys. Of course, they do, but I know they will love them no matter what gender they are.

"What are you going to do, when they come?" I ask them.

"We are going to help." Nathan says energetic while jumping in his seat.

"We are all going to help." I say as I take my wife's hand in mine and kiss it, smiling.

"Even if I have to pass out on the floor of tiredness." I say chuckling and it makes Sky snort.

"I'm sorry, honey." She tells me and lean in to kiss my cheek.

"You are not allowed to say that, because," I lean up to kiss her forehead. I know it's her favorite thing.

"For the first, you don't sleep either, you are the one getting kicked, and for the last time, it's my line." I say and lean in to kiss her cheek, while she is chuckling.

"I am not allowed to apologize, because it's your line?" She asks laughing.

"Yes, and because I would do anything for you." I say and lean into her soft lips, moving mine lightly on hers. I don't care that I sleep around three hours a night, I don't care that I have to take care of the boys on my own, I don't care that my wife ask me to do anything for her. As long I can still move my heavy feet for her, I'll do it. Because I love her. I love them all and I don't need a bigger reason.
