It was a dark and stormy night, the wind howled through the empty streets as the rain pelted down mercilessly. Two tiny figures huddled together under an overpass, shivering from the cold. Their eyes, once bright and full of hope, were now dull and lifeless. They clung to each other for warmth and comfort, their only source of love in this cruel world.

Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugou were abandoned by their parents when they were just babies, left to fend for themselves on the harsh streets. Their parents had deemed them a disgrace because they were quirkless, leaving them to face the world alone.

As the years passed, their hearts grew harder and colder. They became bitter and distrustful of everyone around them, refusing to let anyone in. They were determined to survive on their own, without relying on anyone else. They knew that the world was a cruel place, and they would have to be strong to survive.

They became experts at picking pockets and conning people out of their meager possessions. They learned to fight dirty and protect what little they had. Their hatred for the world and everyone in it grew with each passing day, fueling their determination to survive. They only had each other, and they would do anything to keep the other safe.

One fateful night, while they were scavenging for food in an abandoned warehouse, they stumbled upon a meeting of a notorious crime syndicate. The sight of so many powerful and dangerous individuals sent a shiver down their spines, but their desperation to survive was stronger than their fear. They watched from the shadows as the leader of the syndicate addressed his followers, discussing the need for new recruits with street smarts and resourcefulness.

Without hesitation, Izuku and Katsuki stepped forward, revealing themselves to the shocked group. The leader, a man named Ichigai Yamaguchi, studied them for a moment before nodding in approval. He saw potential in their hatred and determination, and offered them a chance to join his ranks.

The boys didn't hesitate to accept. They pledged their loyalty to Ichigai, promising to use their skills to bring the city to its knees.

In return, Ichigai gave them new names: Negative Zero and Ground Zero. They became two of the most feared and respected members of the syndicate, rising through the ranks quickly.

As time passed, their hatred for the world only grew stronger. They relished in the power they now held, using it to punish those who had wronged them. Their quirklessness, once seen as a curse, became a tool. They used it to their advantage, learning to manipulate people and situations without relying on any supernatural abilities.

Their partnership was unbreakable, forged in the fire of betrayal and abandonment. They were inseparable, finishing each other's sentences and anticipating each other's moves. They were the perfect crime duo, their names whispered in fear and awe throughout the criminal underworld.

As they climbed the ranks of the syndicate, their thirst for power and revenge grew insatiable. They didn't care about the money or the status; all they wanted was to make those who had hurt them suffer. They reveled in the chaos they created, basking in the fear and destruction they left in their wake.

One night, after a particularly gruesome mission, they found themselves back in their lavish hideout. The air was thick with the stench of blood and gunpowder, but it only served to heighten their sense of accomplishment. As they collapsed onto their bed, exhausted from the adrenaline-fueled high, they couldn't help but glance at each other. Despite their best efforts, the look in their eyes betrayed the bond they shared.

Izuku broke the silence first. "You know, Ground Zero... sometimes I wonder what it would be like to live a normal life. You know, have a family, a real home..." His voice trailed off, and for a moment, he allowed himself to imagine a different reality.
