Forbidden Royal Love (Beronica)

Betty's POV

I finally got my big break in life. I was flying to the country Aldovia to tutor a member of the royal family.

Cheryl- "I can't believe you're actually going to meet the king and queen" Betty- "I know, it's like a dream come true" Toni- "you better call and text us as much as you can" Betty- "obviously" I closed my suitcase as Cheryl sat down on my bed.

Kevin- "we are so jealous of you Be, this is the coolest thing ever" Betty- (laughs) "you know that I would bring you if I could, the world is finally taking me seriously. I can't do anything to fuck this up" Cheryl- "then you better not fall in love with the prince" Betty- (laughs) "yeah you know me, just falling in love with everyone" Kevin- "come on, it could happen, he is so hot" Cheryl- "you think almost every guy is hot Kevin" Kevin- "hey, at least I'm not picky"

Betty- "come on guys, we're not in high school anymore. This is serious and I have to do well" Toni- "what times your flight Be?" Betty- "around ten tomorrow morning. I can't believe that at this time tomorrow I'll be sitting in a castle" Cheryl- "awe, you're so lucky" I smiled as I put my bag near my apartment door as my friends started to get ready to leave

Kevin- "we'll see you in four months, when you get back" Cheryl- "and please text us pics" Betty- "of course I will, I love you guys" Toni- "we love you too Betty" they all hugged me before they left. I couldn't wait to leave the next morning, it was going to be the biggest day of my life and I didn't even know how bit is really was going to be

I woke up very early the next morning mainly because I couldn't sleep. I was too excited so I just got up and headed to the airport. The flight was a few hours and I was able to get a little bit of work done before I landed. It was already so much more beautiful then the states and I couldn't believe that I was actually there

There was a car waiting to take me to the castle and it felt unreal to me. It wasn't a long drive and the whole time I was just staring at the gorgeous castle in front of me. My jaw was completely open when I walked into the front hall

??- "you must be Elizabeth Cooper" Betty- "um, yes but you can call me Betty"  Miriam- "I'm Miriam, head of staff, we are delighted to have you stay with us. Prince Vander can be quite the handful" Betty- "I see, well I hope that I can do everything I can to help" Miriam- "excellent, I'll take you to the study hall"

I followed her through the castle until she sat me down in a room with a couple desks and a huge grandfather clock

Miriam- "just wait in here, I'll fetch Vander" I nodded as I set my bag down. I only had the things I needed since Miriam's crew delt with my main luggage. I sat down and started putting things out for the youngest prince.

In the royal family, there were two sons and a daughter. The eldest, was Richard. He was a couple years older then me and was supposed to be inheriting the throne in a few weeks. Vander is about nine years old and I heard he can be a little tricky to handle. Then there's the girl. She's barely in the public eye and no one knows what she looks like. I honestly feel bad for her, she can't live her life because she was born into a family that despises having baby girls

I waited in the hall for about five minutes before Miriam came back with prince Vander.

Vander- (groan) come on Mri, just tell them I did it and you can keep your job" Miriam- "nice try Vander, now you better behave" he slumped down in a chair beside me as I just watched. Betty- "hi prince Vander, I'm Betty" he watched Miriam leave before turning to me and smiling

Vander- "alright, here's the proposal. I sit in here and play my game. And you do whatever the hell you wanna do" I smirked. I knew exactly how to deal with boys like this. Betty- "I have a better proposal, how about you do what I tell you and we won't have a problem" his face softened as he uncrossed his arms and stared at me. Vander- "you can't talk to me like that" Betty- "actually I can, it's literally my job to teach you. Now listen and maybe I'll let you out early"
