Third Person POV:
June 11th, 2092, 16:32
Anthro Army base of Texas

The calmness of the outside world was unlike anything ever seen before. The air was just perfect, the dryness in the air was filled with the moisture from the nearby sea, and it was a beautiful clear day. The outside was unlike any calmness seen before. Three floors up in the nearby base was anything but. Inside a room guarded by multiple guards of various Anthros, there was a long table with multiple Anthro military officers seated around the table, along with multiple other Anthros standing nearby, likely secretaries for these officers. These officers were the many generals of the Anthro Army, with the current general of it all seated at the far end of the table, facing everyone else. Almost all these people were yelling and screaming at the Black Jaguar in the room, Helena. She managed to get all of the military command to come to her base to discuss a potential treaty with humanity, but.....

Chicken Anthro general: "We will not ruin our kind's pride fraternizing with the enemy!"

Buffalo Anthro general: "To think we had wasted our precious time just for this, it's outrageous!"

Wolf Anthro general: "I've lost too many good people fighting these monsters, they deserve hell and nothing more!"

As the room erupted in incoherent yelling, Helena sighed in disappointment. She knew the generals wouldn't like the idea, but she believed they were acting like school children with all the yelling. She then looked at her father, Darack Katrine, a Anthro bobcat, sitting calmly in his seat unlike the rest. All she saw from his green eyes were disappointment as he shook his head. She looked at the General of the army, a Anthro cheetah-dragon hybrid, who was also sitting calmly in her seat. Sophia Greymore was her name, and her family had a rich legacy in the army. She simply looked Helena in the eyes with no emotion, like she was still thinking of the proposal without wanting anyone to see what she was thinking about. Sophia then abruptly slammed her fist on the table, slightly denting it, creating a loud bang noise that quieted the other generals. She then looked back at Helena and said,

Sophia Greymore: "Helena Katrine, while we do appreciate your service and previous propositions to this army, we do not see the benefits of ending this war with a peace treaty."

Helena: "Ma'am, with all due respect, I disagree, there are benefits with this proposal from the human."

Sophia Greymore: "I know the pain of your past may be affecting your judgement, and I am not judging you for wanting no one else to suffer the way you have."

Helena(discomfort showing): "Ma'am, I assure you, that's not affecting my judgement."

Sophia Greymore: "Your Alpha Initiative was a smart move after one of our Spartans perished in the hands of a human, but this treaty doesn't seem smart to me, especially since we're taking the word of the human that took Spartan Ray's life in the first place."

The generals began mumbling amongst themselves, seemingly agreed that the treaty between humans and Anthros is impossible. Helena, however said with as much confidence as possible,

Helena: "I'd understand why you wouldn't take my word from a human, which is why it's best if you take it with him."

Buffalo Anthro general: "Him?"

The double doors to the room then swung open, revealing Chloe, still in her armor, standing next to Zero, who was both in his armor and seemingly opened the door, as his arms were still extended. Before anything was said, Zero raised his arms and asked,

Zero: "Somebody called?"

Nearly every general in the room was ready to scream bloody murder besides Helena, who was disappointed with his entrance, and Sophia, who was looking at him with slight interest.
