"Umm..." she stands there staring at me, she looks scared.

I don't know why she thinks she had to hide this from me.

"Why you never just tell me Tai?" I ask her, I genuinely want to know

"I-" she sighs

"I didn't know how you would react" she says and I continue to look at her.

All I found was the box so I still don't know if she's pregnant or not.

I never saw myself as a dad or even in a relationship, especially with my lifestyle.

"Are you..." I ask her anxious to hear her response.

"No I'm not" she looks away from me

"It was just a scare because I've been having symptoms" she says

"What symptoms?"

"Like nausea, dizziness and I've been tired as hell" she says and I'm annoyed at the fact that she didn't tell me.

"Tai you've been sick and you didn't tell me ?" I ask in a stern voice getting up.

"I thought I was just hungover but then it kept happening..I didn't want to worry you"

"I'm taking you to a doctor go put on shoes" I tell her in a serious tone

"Babe I'm fine you don't need t-"

"Let's go" I cut her off walking out the door.

I see her roll her eyes in my peripheral view as I exit the room.

I pick up the keys to the audi as I go into the garage.

She comes in the car a little after and I drive out.

When we arrive at the doctor's office I help her out.

"I can get out myself" she mumbles

"What was that?" I ask and she's silent

When we reach the door of the building a man opens it exiting, Tai looks at him and I look at him. He's staring at her too

I glare at him and Tai walks past him into the office.

"Register Taiesha Day" I say to the receptionist, she looks at my face, then my arms then my chest.

Tai seems to notice too as she starts getting agitated.

"Do you have a history at this doctor?" She asks Tai

"No, I've never been here before" she says and the receptionist tells her to have a seat.

"You can come" i hear the nurse call her and she goes off to get her vitals checked.

When she comes back another nurse calls her into the doctors office, I I up going with her.

"Good afternoon Ms.Day" she greets as we sit.
"Good afternoon" Tai responds

She looks at me

"Afternoon" she says and I nod
