PoH's eyes locked onto Mav.

Bercouli watched as he wondered why he wasn't catching up. With no other choice he stood up and drew his sword. 

Bercouli: Time splitting sword...

Bercouli raised his sword into the air and using the time powers of the sword caught up with Vecta.

Bercouli: Uragiri!

Bercouli slammed his sword down and sliced the wing off of Vecta's dragon as it began to fall.

Vecta: Tch! What a pain.

Vecta crash landed onto a large rock pilar staring down Bercouli with his usual blank expression.

Bercouli: If I fall, head back north and rejoin the unit.

Bercouli leapt off his dragon making his way down toward Vecta.

Bercouli: Emperor Vecta. Not all real-worlders are demons like you. I know this from those kids and that brat who fought the pontifex. You caused senseless death for the not only the Human Empire but the Dark Territories as well. You are a human who's truly wicked to the core and I'll make you feel the pain of all the lives that've perished on the battlefield because of you.

Within a moment Bercouli leapt and went for a strike as Vecta simply vanished and reappeared away from Bercouli's strike as he threw another strike once again avoided by Vecta. Bercouli threw another strike as Vecta grabbed the strike and slowly aborbed it.

Bercouli: I see. So you can absorb people incarnations.

Vecta: I guess. Don't really care what you people call it. Anyways I don't have time for the likes of you. I'm on a tight schedule.

Bercouli: You're not getting away!

Vecta quickly opened a portal as an armored figure flew out and struck Bercouli.

Bercouli: What?! Wait...you're the Knight commander! Vixur!

Vixur stood there with an expression of anger and a hint of sadness.

Vixur: Forgive me. I had no other choice. It was for the one I love.

Vecta: The power of love is a strong one. We fight to protect the ones we hold dear. Such a notion leaves you vulnerable. Vixur kill this man at once.
