Summer passes fast. Most of it was spent with sweet pea and the gang. We had dinner at pops every night. As if it was clock work. He was still hurting but he was getting better.

"Now that your parents court date has been set you two need to make a decision. Are you testifying on behalf of your mother? Or your father? Or both?" Our parents lawyer asks us as we sit in the speak easy

"Or neither" v says
"I was thinking the same thing v" I say
"We could be Switzerland" v says

"At the very minimum I recommend you issue statements of support the press will want to know where you stand with-" he starts

"No comment" v says
"That's our statement" I say
"Now if you'll excuse us mr sowerberry, we have some last minute school supply shopping we need to do" v says grabbing her purse I stand up and put my serpent jacket on Before leaving.

"You know I can't think of a better way to spend our last night of summer vacation" Betty says

"Isn't it crazy?" V asks "in just nine months, life as we know it will be over no more highschool" v says

"No more blue and gold no more heart to heart at the lockers" Betty says

"No more vixens no more sitting in the lounge before class" I say

"Oh b, a don't be sad" v says

"I'm sorry guys I can't help but think life goes by so fast. And none of us are very good at stopping to savor it. But tonight we will be" Betty says and kisses jug

"I think that's our cue archiekins, Avery" v whispers to us

"Yeah I should head out, I'm supposed to be meeting up with sweets at pops" I say I get on my motorcycle and meet sweetpea at pops with some other serpents I go in and whisper something in his ear. He smiles

"We gotta go guys" sweets says and jumps up he grabs my hand and takes me outside he pulls me into a kiss and then to his car "I have my bike" I say to him

"We'll pick it up tomorrow" he says we get back home and he throws me on the bed I take off my shirt as he takes his off and he kisses me. I pull his hair back and kiss down his neck.

He pulls me up and unzips my pants I drop them.

He pushes me back and starts kissing up my leg and up my stomach to my lips.

I flip us over and kiss him and he un hooks my bra.

The next morning me and sweets get dressed I wear black leather pants a cute grey shirt that's hangs off my shoulders so you can see my serpent tattoo on my collarbone. I put my serpent jacket on and some hard toe black boots.

I put light makeup on and straightened my hair.

He drops me off at pops so I can grab my motorcycle and I follow him to school.

V, b, arch, and jug were all late.

The pa turns on and Jughead gets called into the office.

I walk with v and Archie in the hall

"My good news of the day is, mrs burble said me and Avery are shoo ins for Harvard" v says

"I'm so excited" I say

"I mean obviously, damn" arch says and we chuckle "I guess I better start looking at community colleges in....where is Harvard?" He asks us then a bunch of reporters come out of no where

"Veronica, Avery! Do you think your mother really tried having father killed" one asks

"Back off" arch yells and pushes him
