The Christmas decorations get put down

As me and v sat doing school work the mayor goes into dads study our mom looks at us and winks at us and we wink back before she closes the door.

As we are In vs room getting ready for school "Veronica, Avery do you guys have a minute?" Our mom asks
"Just checking in see how you are feeling about things" dad says

V looks at me then at them "ah checking in to make sure we're still on board with the quote unquote plan?" V asks

"Don't worry we are" I say

"Your gonna be at ground zero, Veronica, Avery" mom says

"Yeah in the eye of the potential hurricane" dad says

"That's what you said when we wanted to go shopping in SoHo during occupy Wall Street, and we were fine" v says

"Dad, mom. Trust us we will keep our classmates from revolting when the news breaks" I say

"Of course you will mija you get to go to school with your boyfriend" my mom says

They leave and we get to school

I go and find kev and talk with him for a bit before going to sit down with our friends.

Then I heard it, the announcement I was waiting for.

"Students of riverdale high, this is your principal speaking. E mails have been sent to your parents, but effective immediately, southside high school is shut down. And it's students will be transferred to other schools in the district, including this one I believe the statement we're releasing" he says and people start gasping and groaning

"Ok guys let's not overreact" v says

"It's not a big deal" I yell at the students

When the announcement is over Archie speaks

"Wait what does that what does that mean?" Archie asks

"It means jugheads coming back" Betty says

"Betty are you ready for that?" Kev asks

I pull out my phone and send sweets a text

Me: can't wait to see you all day everyday;)

"Of course, we're fine" Betty says and I put my phone down

"At least Avery's boyfriend will be here" kev says smiling at me

"But why is this happening now?" Archie asks

"Who cares arch, just be happy you get your best friend back" I say

"Yeah who knows it's probably some bizarre, Byzantine town ordinance we couldn't possibly understand. And in the meantime let's receive these exiles as if they were our own flesh and blood" v says

"I love the way you think" I say smiling "who's in?" I ask

I run out the school hearing the announcement and seeing my girls text whooping with fangs.

"What's going on?" Jughead asks

"This hellhole is officially closed! We're done! No more southside high!" I say hitting fangs

"What how?" Toni asks

"They say it's dangerous and gonna be quarantined, who cares? We're all going to different schools" I say

"Wait this doesn't make sense where are you guys going?" Jughead asks

"Same as you and you and fangs were going to riverDale high I don't know about you but i get to see my girl everyday all day so to hell with this shithole plus think of all those north side head to knock" I say smiling and fake fight with fangs to get hyped and then we run off
